by User123 on 06/01/2023I took my SUV in to get an oil change and to have a knob looked at that broke off the vent. I arrived a 10:00 and my appointment was at 10:15. I told the sales clerk that I would be waiting for my car since I was told when I made the… appointment that it would be no longer than a hour wait. At 11:45, I went to check on my car because I seen it sitting outside the window for 15 minutes and figured it was ready to go. I was curious as to why no one came to let me know since they knew I was waiting. I was told that everyone had left for lunch and would be back shortly and the only thing they had to finish was to look at my vent knob on my car. I asked why I was not informed that this was occurring and all they could say was, I'm sorry. So I waited for another 45 minutes for someone to come look at my car and I watched as the technician looked in my car at the broken knob that took no more than a few minutes (needless to say they could have done this before they took an hour lunch) to tell me I was ready to go and they had to order the part for my vent. I understand that lunch breaks are important but don't make a customer wait an hour and 15 min for something that took no more that 3 min to finish.Excellent

It has been fixed (hopefully for good this time). Our Edge was serviced while it was there as… well. It was returned in a couple of day's and we appreciate the service done.
