Which is the complete opposite of Nelson Honda, where we wasted an hour of our time looking for a car that was supposedly sold the same morning. After they confirmed multiple… times that they had the car. After we left their dealership and went to Goudy Honda, we were personally greeted by the manager, Art, who then had Dave and Melissa help us find the perfect car. A Honda Accord sport. They were also very kind and courteous as we negotiated a very reasonable price. The entire process was very quick, easy, and clear. All in all, had a good experience. Dave was very patient cooperative when discussing the car pricing. Melissa was also nice enough to pick out the newest… accord they had which was only made 15 days before the day i bought it. They were very respectful and informative as well. Excellent Dealer!

My daughter called for more information and set up an appointment. We met up with Art and Dave, they were both very… nice and welcoming. They showed us the car and were very patient when I was taking a long time looking at the engine and whatnot. Something I really appreciated was that they wanted to make sure I really liked the car: the style, the features, and how it drives, without rushing me or pushing me to purchase it. Horrible. Bait and switch
by KeChe on 05/20/2015Be careful dealing with these guys, they bait and switch and try to upsell. I had previously negotiated the price of a brand new Accord on the phone and via email and had received written and verbal confirmation from the internet manager… that they had the car and price I wanted. When I showed up, they stated that they cannot honor the WRITTEN confirmed quoted price because that price was for a car without any accessories and they install mandatory accessories on all their cars. Thus I would have to pay a higher price, for accessories I did not want. Total waste of my time. Don't waste yours dealing with Goudy Honda.I am sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with our dealership. I assure you that we absolutely never instruct our staff to "bait and switch" any of our customers, nor do we condone the practice at all. This is my 5th Honda, drove my first generation Accord back in '84. I really perceive the difference: professional… and courteous sales agents made me feel secure. Goudy people are very helpful, they don't push the sales but make sure you have all the right information and expert advice, walking a step further to get you a really good deal. Pleased with Sales Experience at Goudy
by CalifLookieLoo on 04/14/2009Worked with Chay over the internet negotiating price on 2009 Pilot Touring 2WD with Navigation. Once price was agreed upon, and Chay was informed that I wanted no dealer add-ons, we made a time to meet the next day to finalize deal. Chay… stayed true to his word; nothing but the price agreed upon and TTL were discussed. Honda Care Warrenty was offered in the Financing Department, and THAT I did buy. Chay then spent an additional hour going over the NAV and additional information (which I needed). This was AFTER the papers were signed, and, he needn't have bothered if he didn't want to at that point! I am very pleased with both Chay and Richard in Financing. They made the car buying experience less stressful by being honest and helpful. BTW, I'm a single female who HAS been taken advantage of at other dealerships. NOT at Goudy Honda. Highly recommend them to fellow single females!Trading in experience
by rosweet on 09/22/2008I have received a letter from Goudy Honda saying that they have interest of purchasing my old Civic and just drop by and I would receive a gas card. So I showed up on Sunday, I never received my trade-in value of my car and the gas card… they promised. And I had a very inexperienced sale guy, couldn't tell me more abou the Accord I'm intesested in. Overall, the experience is not exciting at all.New Accord through Goudy Internet Sales: A-
by rsaxberg on 08/23/2008Just leased an Accord from Goudy Honda in Alhambra. We went through the Internet Dept and received quotes from multiple dealerships in So Cal. Wife and I decided to visit Goudy Honda as we consistently received calls/emails from different… internet sales (David, Victor, and another girl named Mandy). Overall this is the most pleasant experience comparing to my last car minivan from Toyota. The Internet Sales at Goudy are extremely professional and friendly. When we got there we were greeted by David and negotiated with both David and another guy who claims to be the manager "Art" (don't know the last name), but they gave us a deal we couldn't refuse. Previously we were looking for accord 4cyl but went with the 6cyl as the deal is a much The only negative about the is the car washing/paperwork and facility needs an upgrade otherwise this is an A+ place to buy. Will be trading-in my Sienna for Odyssey in the near future and probably will be back at Goudy again!Excellent experience

I rate both Eddie and the dealership very highly. I was able to… negotiate a deal prior to my arrival and showed up to "verify my identity" (which I really appreciate in this age of stolen identities), sign docs, and be on my way.Goudy chose profits over customer relations!!
by chinhua on 06/13/2008Today when I got up in the morning, I was so looking forward to going to Goudy Honda to get my brand new Civic LX Sedan. I did my research and comparisons and Goudy was able to provide me with the best deal given the current market… conditions. Just when I was about to leave for the dealership, I received a call from the internet sales manger informing that the company will no longer honor the quote they agreed upon just YESTERDAY. The company, aparently, hungary for huge profits, sited the supply and demand issue. Yes, I know the Civic is in high demand right now. And yes, I understand the car companies are there to make a profit. But what I do not understand is the way they conduct business. How can they BREAK THEIR PROMISE TO THEIR CUSTOMER IN JUST ONE DAY? A good company should not be conducting business this way. What happens to "customers come first"? I guess that concept hardly exists in today's business world, at least in Goudy. I guess that's what happens when the company values profits over their customers. My wife's accord was bought there and had been serviced there. Needless to say, that will be no longer. Nor will there be any more recommendations of their dealership to my friends and families. As a very disappointed potential buyer, all I can say is "Buyers Beware"!
