    Great service from start to finish. I actually got my calendar day mixed up and showed up a day early. I asked if they could help me today or if I had to come back on the scheduled date/time. They took my vehicle in on the spot.

    I was contacted to come in to view a vehicle I submitted an inquiry for. I advised them I’d go if only the price was reduced to my budget. Rep said to come in and he’ll work on the price. I was ready to commit and purchase the vehicle. I showed up was handed to another rep and felt as if I was steered into buying a new truck and not the original I inquired with. They sat me down, and didn’t reduce the price by a penny. They sent me away with a hand-written quote instead of an official quote. This entire experience with Hardin Buick/GMC felt misleading and dishonest.

    The Internet sales Woody Rogers working with John Roberts who was my main contact to buy my AT4.. They were fantastic honest and fair to deal with. Made my buying experience great. I have bought GM Chevrolet products for 35 years but this time they could not get me the product I needed with the tailgate I wanted, so I bought my first GMC product and I love it. So far..   • Awful people! Run Away!

    I was lied to about the estimated tax and fees AND the option contract and then told I had to buy the security system activation for $1000 because otherwise nobody would make any money on the deal and I was treated as if that was MY fault. I was then baited in to buying an extra key fob, given an ultimatum, threatened aggressively by Gordon, the sales manager, that the option contract would be cashed if I didn't have a check on his desk at 8:00am 2 days later. And to top it off, while I was waiting, I was subject to listening to sales staff members make homosexual oral sex jokes while standing just 10 feet away from me. If I didn't REALLY need this vehicle right at that moment, there is no way in hell I would have ever done business with this crew of [non-permissible content removed]. Everyone involved in the organization should be ashamed of themselves.

    My wife and our grandchildren outgrew our current Range Rover and we needed to get out of our lease a few months early and get a new vehicle. My wife wanted a Yukon Denali. Costco is running a promo touting a hassle free purchase, where the dealer is to show you invoice and sell at supplier pricing, which is below invoice. When you sign up to get a number, they give you a choice of three dealers in your area, we selected #Hardin Buick GMC. David Jolliffe contacted me within 15 minutes. He said he had two of the vehicle we wanted, one black, one white and the price would be $69,189.00 with the current rebates. I told him we would like to see it, he invited us down, but the Black was gone. We went down right away to find the White one was being driven by a manger and was not there, as well it had 3,000 miles. He asked us to come the following day, which we did and liked the vehicle but wanted to see if one was available without the miles, there was nothing equipped as we wanted, and he offered an additional $1,000 off if we took that one. Finally after several text messages and emails, we agreed to take the one they had. To this point all negations were sales price, not payments. As soon as we agreed, payments were the only thing discussed. As we were waiting for a time to come down, I sent a text confirming the negotiated sales price, only to be called back by David and Don. As it turned out, the price we were given and agreed to was not the price we were going to pay, although they didn't tell us a price. I could see the writing on the wall, it was a typical dealerships bait and switch. The manager kept stating he offered it to us at the payment we agreed, but we never agreed to a payment, only a sales price. They said they needed to confer with John, the manager and they would get back to us first thing the following morning, the next day, it was within an hour, they never got back to us. At least we were not separated from our money. The lesson, never take their word for anything, they are by their very nature, car salesman, take notes, and check everything they present to your for signatures. Sounds logical, but when the salesman insists this dealership is different, money is not important, Relationships are their goal, don't believe them, money is the final arbiter. I would not have written this review if the dealership and it's managers were just straight and above board as David said they were, I think he may have had good intentions, but not the dealership, we'll never know. Now that I have had my trade in inspected, I will incur additional expense because Range Rover only allows one inspection, and this deal went south. I'm out two trips and a weeks worth of conversations, emails and texts, but at least I have my money.

  • Experience at HARDIN Service Center in Anaheim

    I took my newly purchased vehicle to service some internal service messages that my car indicator suggested that needed repairing. It turned out that new software was needed for my car and nothing was broken. The shuttle service was very accomodating and conveient in taking me to work and picking me up and back to the dealer. The only thing was that when i got off the shuttle, i fell tripping over the curb. I didn't realize there was a curb because it wasn't marked a bright yellow or some eye catching color, the curb blended with the ground making it hard to see the step. i didn't get hurt or anything but then i'm not old either and someone much older could have been hurt badly. Overall, everyone at service was very pleasant. I was just annoyed that i had to take my car for service just after purchasing it 3 weeks ago.

    The reason I conducted business at Hardin GMC-Buick, for the first time, was Jim Keys. The Acadia Denali is the 4th vehicle I have leased or purchased from Jim in the last 8 years. Jim is the consummate professional, who always goes the extra mile to meet and exceed my car buying "wants and needs." Jim's product expertise, salesmanship, creativity, resourcefulness and courtesy enable him to stand out among his peers. I applaud Hardin GMC-Buick for (recently) recruiting Jim to join your team. Also, I was very pleased with Garrett (last name ?) in finance - he processed the transaction in a highly professional, pleasant and efficient manner. Overall, I give Hardin GMC-Buick the highest marks. I hope, and expect, that my customer experiences going forward will be equally as satisfying. Thank you.

    Went for an oil change got there at 7am got out at 9am, wait is to long. Would be nice to have the technicians start at 7 instead of 8

    Greg Thrasher, Internet Representative was very helpful and made the car buying experience easy and quick. I like how everything worked out. The discounts and use of AAA helped with the no haggle price. I am very happy and will definitely be back for service on the vehicle comes do. I was really happy with the tour of the Anaheim facility. The explanation on the use of the car was very helpful!! I have a lot to learn and I know I have got a great start. This was a smooth transition for me.
