    Jon and his team made my experience the best of anything i have experienced and were accommodating to our needs and time. I never felt pressured and with one explanation of what we were looking for the first yukon shown was exactly what we wanted. The hardest part was taking the time off work to go sign papers!!!

  • Hardin Dealership lies and rips off customers

    I recently purchased a vehicle from Hardin Buick Pontiac GMC, part of the Hardin Family of Dealerships which includes Hardin Honda and Hardin Hyundai. I must caution others before ever considering to purchase a vehicle here. The initial negotion went okay (took approximately 4 hours, but the signing of the paperwork took an additional 5 1/2 hours, which had they been busy would have been understandable, but they had no other customers from the time we arrived until when we signed the paperwork. The finance guy also had no idea how to process GM Card points which every dealership should understand by now. The next day they phoned us to say they made a mistake on the deal and that we had to return the car and take back our old car. On top of that they did not return our registration with our original vehicle, nor the proof of insurance, nor the license plate frames. I think it is shameful that a dealer like this is allowed to stay in business. I am not the only victim either, upon further research, [violative content deleted]

    I was extremely impressed with the sales staff. Dan L. was probably the best salesman I've ever dealt with. He was friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable. The finance person that helped us (Marvin I think) was great too. The whole buying process was easy, painless, and fun. I'll definitely recommend Hardin GMC to everyone.

  • 2014 Buick Enclave Lease

    My wife and I leased a Buick Enclave on April 26th from this dealership. We had visited other dealerships but the only reason we stayed and considered the Buick Enclave was because of Dan S. I had my wife and 3 young kids in tow and Dan was very patient and kind with us during the entire process. We are very happy with our vehicle but the only negative comment I have is that throughout the price negotiating process we were made to understand that we were getting 2 years of OnStar (both the safety and navigation) and also 2 years of XM radio. We found out that we were only getting 6 months of these services only after the vehicle was delivered to us and all the paperwork was complete. This was the only negative event in an otherwise very pleasurable experience dealing with Dan S. and the management of Hardin Buick GMC of Anaheim.

    Went to get old car serviced. Ended up leasing new 2013 Verano and trading the 2006 LaCrosse. Well pleased with lease/sales team. Paul H was professional and a pleasure to work with. New car has lots of room for a compact, nice riding, and lots of safety features.

    My GMC Acadia broke down when I was on vacation with my family. Hardin Buick GMC service took great care of my car.     We found a great used vehicle on Hardin's website. Came down to take a test drive and decided to buy. We had to visit family, but Ali was great to negotiate via phone and we agreed on a deal quickly. Came back to the dealership to complete the purchase and now have a great vehicle for my wife. Next time we are in the market for another vehicle this will be the first place we look.

    purchased 2 cars there just bought a 2006 sierra 1500 have had it 30 days passenger front tire buckles under snaps the hole assembly at 60mph on way home from work it was a catastrophic failure go talk to people at hardin to see what they can do. i get the brush off they're saying as is too bad!! iput everything i had to get this truck saved for a long time didn't have extra $3000 for they're extended warranty B.S. wont even step up to fix the truck i understand "as is" but something this mechanically damaged should have been seen in there so called inspection scott the salesman is [non-permissible content removed] as far as i'm concerned they lost a repeat customer have two more cars to buy in a year there loss what happened to customer satisfaction wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy have to wait to come up with another $2000 to get it fixed back on the bus again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Repairs were greater than we initially thought and Emerson provided an exceptional customer experience by keeping us posted throughout the entire process and advocating on our behalf with the warranty company saving us mountain of money. Service has consistently been good at this dealership but this time it was outstanding thanks to Emerson's efforts.

    I searched the internet and found their advertisement on the web for the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I contacted the sales staff and established a very positive purchase plan. The next day I traveled to their dealership and their promises matched my desires. I purchased the vehicle and everything concerning the sales was excellent. The integrity of the sale and salesman was refreshing and made me a happy new vehicle owner.

  • who is telling the truth

    I have always used Hardin GMC service but will no longer. I took my truck in for a oil change last fall and they came back with some recommendations for other services. Brakes, water pump and tires. I didnt get it done right away since I use my bike to go to work through the winter and spring a few days a week. I took my truck to have my brakes done the other day and they looked at it and said they were fine???? They would not need to be done for a while. Why was I told my brakes needed to be done when they didnt??? I know they didnt get better between the two visits. Very disappointed because I thought I had a honest place to have my truck serviced at.
