by John1222 on 11/13/2016I love the customer service that Dylan Kellison gave me. He really wants you to have the best car buying experience you can ever have. He answered all my questions, including my dad's questions. He was very patient with us. I love that when… I noticed little scratches on all four doors, he was on it to repaint them after the fact that I already sign the contract. I love that Hardin Honda still takes care of me after I had made the purchase. It wasn't to get to me to buy and never see me again. Also, Ray Cruz, the internet manager is an awesome guy; they should give him a raise for working for Hardin. Ray was upfront and keeps his word. There wasn't really no haggling or pressure with this dealership. I've been searching for over a month for my new car and trying to negotiate a deal. Through my research, Hardin Honda really gave me the best deal than the other dealerships I've gone to. Kevin, the F&I consultant was awesome. I've heard stories about them and I was a little nervous, but Kevin made it quick and painless without any pressure to add more to the total cost of my new car. Being a first-time car buyer, I really had an exciting and fantastic experience with Hardin Honda.What an enjoyable review to read! It is reassuring to know Dylan, Ray, and Kevin provided you with a hassle-free and great shopping experience. Though Eric was off on the day I visited, Scott had James Story pick me up as that was very nice of them. The dealership looked great with the holiday decorations… and very inviting. James assisted me on making the purchase and I did not feel pressured into purchasing anything I didn't ask for. James explained all the features the vehicle has. From the time I spoke to James to Daniel in finance, I had a smooth experience. Plus it's good to come on weekdays when it's not so busy. I would expect Daniel to pressure me on buying options but nothing like that happens here at Hardin Honda. I explained to Daniel that my purchase is a surprise for my Veteran boyfriend who served in Iraq and Daniel was very compassionate about my story. I would recommend anyone to come here not just for the purchase but to meet nice genuine people. I was at the dealership for only 2 hours, that's one of the best part!Thanks for this marvelous review and congratulations on your new car!
