    I have now purchased 3 new vehicle in my life and this is my first time at Weir Canyon. I could not be happier with the way I was treated. I told the team my budget and what I liked and they took it from there. Offered water, coffee, and was tentative to myself and girlfriend throughout the whole experience. Not only will I return to buy my next car there, I will only do business at Weir Canyon Honda for the rest of my car buying. The team is very polite and you don’t have the average experience there. No pushy sales, no impatience. Pure class and honesty. I can’t thank the guys enough ! I dealt directly with Mike Youssef and Jeff Bracklow who both went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I look forward to the next experience.

    [non-permissible content removed]...This is a bad business. Take your business elsewhere. They are [non-permissible content removed]. They lied to our face when we were there and again on the phone the next day. They agreed to a price and made us fill out all our information including our social security and changed the price when we were about to pay after running our credit. Even though we were paying them all cash, they ran our credit, and when they saw that our credit is excellent, they changed the price. Also lied about the mode first agreed that they will take the payment of $5000 by credit card and then said you can only pay $2500 because they have to pay a fee. Take your business elsewhere even if you have to pay more. These people are not trustworthy and the manager did not even bother to show up or talk to us.

    Love my new Pilot. The buying process not so much. I wanted alloy wheels and a roof rack with white exterior. The only one they had was completely loaded with a rear entertainment center. Didn't want to pay for entertainment center with no kids. Salesperson said there was one at another dealer he could bring in, but it had a moonroof. Didn't really want a moonroof, but figured it would improve the resale. He said there would be a $300.00 transfer fee. Negotiated down to $150.00 and the truck would arrive the following day. Went to pick up the Pilot and it didn't have the roof rack or the moonroof. Salesperson apologized he didn't know the inventory better, but this Pilot was the same price. I really needed the roof rack and I went through the Costco program which comes with a 50% off coupon for parts. I told the Salesperson about that. He said don't worry I'll give you a discount on the rack for only $700.00. Agreed and drove off with my new Pilot. I decided to use my coupon for side rails and shopped Weir Canyon's website. Imagine my annoyance when I discovered I could add a roof rack with crossbars installed for $688.10. But done is done, so I ordered the side steps for $450.00 uninstalled. My coupon was for 50% off up to $200.00 or $250.00 for the side steps. They would arrive in a week. Made the 30 minutes’ drive to the Parts Dept. When I spoke to the Parts Representative he told me the Parts Manager had decided not to honor the Costco coupons. He said he could offer me a discount to $325.00. I was so upset I just left. Later found sites on line for the same price. My wife will be buying a car in the next 2 months. She may still buy a Honda Accord, but it won't be from this dealership.

    The customer experience here was terrible. It was the kind of experience where the sales associate pretends to be "on your side" in trying to get you a good deal, and disappears to pretend to go work out some deal with the evil sales manager. "I was able to get you..." and "This was the best I could..." All the while, he's throwing numbers around in a random pattern on a sheet of paper that disappears the next time he leaves to go "fight for you," and returns with a new sheet of paper to cover with a completely new random pattern of numbers. It's transparently obvious that the strategy at play is designed to make you feel uncomfortable, confused, and rushed. Luckily, I'm no longer the credulous fool I was the first time I bought my own car, so I didn't fall for any of it. While we were waiting for our gallant sales rep to return from one of his several battles with his manager on our behalf (snort), my wife and I found another dealer on Edmunds who had the car we wanted (a new HR-V at AutoNation in Costa Mesa). We left Weir Canyon, headed in to AutoNation, and ended up buying the new car that same day. The customer experience at AutoNation was 5-stars. I'm definitely not going to recommend Weir Canyon Honda to anyone. Their stick-it-to-the-customer, slimy sales tactics are unacceptable.

    This dealership is TOP NOTCH! Besides being treated with class, i got an AMAZING deal on my lease! I'm loving my new Honda Accord EX. The entire team is easy to work with and they put 0% pressure on me to make a decision. I stayed within my budget and got a GREAT car. This is the first of many that I will purchase from here. Thanks to Paul, Kevin, Ruben and Lucky! You guys are the best!

    My wife and I contacted a few honda and toyota dealers in order to find the best price. We decided to go with honda and the quote from Internet saleman Michael Yusef and Alex Krancle which looked very agressive. It turns out to be that they did not include the delivery fee intentionally,...I should have caught that trick from the beginning,...no wonder their price looked much less than the others'. They never mentioned it in either email or phone call, unlike other dealers. I left the dealership with a bad taste in my mouth. I do not recommend Mike, Alex, and Weir canyon honda. If you decide to go with weir canyon honda, make sure to get the total price which includes all the fees, so they can't fool you.

    After talking with the sales person, he checked with his Sales Manager to approve an offer on one of their new 2009 Honda Accords. After confirming they said they would match the price, they told me to come in to complete all necessary paperwork. I arrived,brought the advertisement, spent 2-1/2 hours there only to find out they would not make the deal, it now needed to be a higher, much higher price.

    I use internet when I buy new vehicle. It was always easier at leaset before this time. I received at least couple of "waste my time" type of email from Mike yousef before he sent me some numbers. I included all the detail they needed on my very first email and Mike was keep asking me some questions instead of giving me his price. I wish I stopped at that point. I already had few quotes from other local honda dealers,...since weir canyon took forever, I emailed Mike and asked him to beat the deal. He said he will try if I have that in writing. Of course I had it in writing,...since they are close to my office, I went down there and it was not the good one at all. Mike, the internet sales guy brought this older guy, and they were trying to sell me things I don't even needed. I expressed that, but I guess they didn't get it. This wasn't my first car,...they were trying to tell me that I need to buy extra stuff to get better program??? The bottom line is that they didn't want to match the best quote I already had. I wanted to share that Weir canyon Honda's internet sales team is not like others. They just want to bring you in and play game, just like old fashion way.

    Big surprise that a car dealer would lie, eh? Well, this was a little different in my opinion. My wife and I called them and named a price, asking if they would make a deal at that price. We didn't add any options and were very specific with what we wanted. They told us they had the vehicle and would make a deal at the price we said. We told them that if they weren't able to make a deal at that price to tell us now because it would be a waste of our time and theirs and a HUGE waste of our time. We wanted to buy a vehicle that day and had made arrangements for our two young kids to stay with my sister 20 miles away so we could take the time we needed to buy...so our time was precious. We confirmed a couple times that they would sell us the vehicle at the price we told them. When we got there, they got the vehicle out and we took time inspecting it and agreeing on a few extras. The salesman was outstanding...a great guy who worked really well with us to make sure we'd be happy with the vehicle. Everything was going great and we were ready to sign the credit check documents when I said we should write up the final numbers to make sure we're all on the same page. That's when it all fell apart. After confirming the price twice before driving there and spending an hour settling on the vehicle itself, they told us a price over $3,000 more than what we had agreed to on the phone. Now I'm a big boy, I've bought several new cars and even more used cars. I understand that car dealers stretch the truth and lie about certain things. But we had made a deal on the phone and they outright lied about it. There are more details but suffice to say that a different salesman further lied about it when he said they'd have taken a $3,000 loss to sell the vehicle at the price we'd agreed to on the phone...I know for a fact this wasn't true because I know what invoice was and that there was a $2,500 incentive on the vehicle (it's really easy to find this info out in this day and age of the internet). But even as I told this second salesman that and how I knew this, he outright lied and kept saying they'd take a loss on it. I would never return to this dealer or recommend them to anyone.

    I just bought a 2007 Honda Accord from Weir canyon Honda great dealer and Duke Romeo a great internet sales person he will go out of his way to make you feel comfortable buying a car from them, they won't push you to buy it with gimmicks or free trips,oil change whatever other dealers use to lure you to buy the car,and finance is smooth and fast Todd will try to get you a great deal on interest, but you have to push it a little bit (i do not need that alarm but its a nice addition). I will be back in 3 years. You won't regret buying a car from them.

    Got a quote on an Odyssey from the internet sales manager. When I arrived it turned out the price did not include all the "extras" they had added, which was around $1200. Dishonest and misleading. After talking to the fleet of managers they reinstated the quoted price, but I will never go there again.

    We have an older Honda CRV that we had purchased from Weir Canyon. We thought it might be time to upgrade to a newer model. After talking to a salesman he inspected our older Crv for possible trade-in value. He said he would call us within a couple of hours with some numbers. Days later he still has not called. Beware of this place.

    I purchased a 2009 Mini Cooper S from Mike M./John M. at WCH. I travelled from Las Vegas because they had the best price in the region on the car I wanted. The car was as advertised (or better) when I arrived (they picked me up at the airport) and they got my closing done very quickly since I was driving back to Las Vegas that afternoon. Even though it was not dirty, they even cleaned it up for the "delivery" - very nice! Great experience, great staff.
