Guys, if you’re looking for a great service advisor for you MBZ look no further. Yu Hong Chen at Arcadia MBZ is the best I know.
Reason 1: He think for t customer’s benefit . Do what’s necessary for the customer.
Reason 2: Very… professional, with lots knowledge on MBZ.
Reasons 3: Save money for customers. Do extras for customers.
Reasons 4: Return calls promptly and courteous.
Reason 5: A honest person. Work with Integrity.

The service people failed to check my tire pressure before giving it back to me. I brought my car with no… tire pressure issues and got it back with it all low. This can be dangerous while I drive.Service A

If you want an honest and helpful salesperson then go see Katrin. She isn’t pushy and genuinely… wants to help you in any way she can. It’s definitely the best buying experience you can have.Always top quality service

by Dupont on 07/27/2019Their General Sales Manager, Ken Lau, is extremely helpful. He answered every question we had for the product. He even coordinated our recent dupont service (hassle-free). My wife purchased the dupont service with the dealer and recently… used it to service her GLA. Let me tell you this. It is the best decision we have made for car protection services. The dupont service took only 5 hours or so. They gave her a loaner, so it doesn't really matter. Right before this service, we took a family trip to Nevada. You can imagine all the dust, watermark, bugs and etc was building up. Kids were spilling drinks onto their seats. When we get our car back after the dupont service, we thought we got a brand new car. It is that amazing. My CLA is also now under the dupont service contract. Thanks Ken!
