He quickly jumped on it to get everything negotiated, signed and into… service for the installation before they went home for the day. When I buy a new vehicle I like to feel I got a good deal and that Auburn Toyota felt they got a good deal also and that is why we headed up to Auburn, our local dealership just didn’t seem very willing to work with us.Sales rep

Victoria Buentello took care of me in the service department. She was friendly and had a significant… knowledge of the issue that I had been reading about on the forums. I used to think that all dealerships were pretty much the same but this dealer seems to really understand the importance of customer service. From the time I got there and greeted outside to going inside and Donna Bender got me what I needed inside from the work on my car to a ride into town for breakfast.i decided to walk back… after breakfast not that far at all good walk. Have way back I got a call that I was good to go. Amazing would still be waiting at any other dealership. I will drive that 3 hours one way with put hesitation. Yes it took all day, but the shuttle took me to lunch, there were mochas and television to keep me entertained and comfy chairs to relax in while I… waited.Jake was great locating the problem with our old land cruiser.

by George Preston on 07/21/2024Service Advisor Victoria Buentello was patient, tenacious, and unfailingly cheerful all during the two months it took to get my failed radio unit (the brains of the backup cam, Bluetooth, nav system, steering wheel switches, even the USB… port in the center console!) rebuilt to as-new operating condition. Sure, I know driving the same car for over 10 years is asking for trouble, but it took three round trips of the unit to SoCal for the third party radio re-furb company to finally get it right. I wouldn't rate that bunch very highly, but Tori and everyone else at Auburn Toyota were great so I didn't have to deal with it..New Car Buying Made Easy!
by Peter von Elten on 07/09/2024July 8, 2024- My wife and I recently decided to look at new cars. We promised each other that we would take our time and shop around. Our preference is to shop locally whenever we can. Being a 4-Runner and Tundra owner, and living in… Auburn, California. it was only logical to first visit with Auburn Toyota. We have had our two Toyotas serviced there for the last twenty years and been very happy with their service. So I journeyed down to Auburn Toyota two weeks ago, just to look at inventory and other options. I was greeted very politely by David Benz and explained what we wanted to do. Once we identified the vehicle we wanted (a 2024 4-Runner Limited), I went home and explained to my wife that I had found the vehicle we wanted, and we decided to proceed with the purchase. At no time did I feel pressured. When I returned to the dealership we discussed price, and I found their final offer very competitive, and fair. Wayne Craft, another salesman helped finalize the sale. At this time a national computer "hacking" was underway affecting the major auto manufactures in the nation which was affecting the ability to finalize the sale. Wayne and the sales manager did everything possible to see that we got our new vehicle on June 24, 2024. Still no pressure, and despite the computers being down nationally, the car was detailed, sales documents prepared and ready to go. Paperwork went very quickly and smoothly. Wayne Craft went through a complete review of all of the vehicle's features. Wayne told us to come back at any time if we had questions. I have never, ever, had a better experience in buying a vehicle in my life! By the way, the new sales office is immaculateFriendly and reliable
