    I have been using this service department for decades and have been treated with friendly and courteous service. I have never had to take my care back because of incomplete service. my service underwriter Jose Ramos has always given me good explanation of service needed or not needed. Trust his judgment completely. Great service department

  • My Service Advisor is THE BEST

    My service advisor, Christian is the absolute best. I was stressed about bringing my car in for a coolant issue. While checking my car he noticed a problem with my tire and fixed it right away. Would recommend Mercedes to anyone I know purely based off of the service he provides, alone!!

    Mike was very helpful. When he knew that I was in a hurry, he drove my car to the top level by himself. When I picked it he also took care all by himself to save my time.

    I needed to get a new tire and Lauren handled everything with my tire warranty which I so appreciated! I fully expected my car to take more than a day to complete since dealing with outside parties for a warranty can be quite a process, but my vehicle was completed by the end of the day . Lauren was so friendly and professional. Definitely contacting her directly for my next service !

    likes: service was great. dislikes: Before I dropped off the car I was told that if I would like to take a walk the car would be ready for me, in at the most, 1.5 hours. When I actually got there, I was told it could take 2.5 to 3 hours. So they offered a car to drive me home and then picked me up to get back to their facility 3 hours later. I had to change appointments and replan my day.....Not good.
