I love how friendly the service people are and how easy it is to bring my car in. I have never had an issue with being able to get my car done in time to pick up the kids from school and the shuttle drivers are great!

Mike was very helpful in explaining things to me. When I almost fainted (and cried) hearing how much my car repair was going to cost, he was very patient and understanding with me. I would also like to thank my shuttle driver, Charles. He… picked me up from my house and drove me to work when my car was getting worked on. Then he picked me up from work and brought me to the Toyota dealership when my car was ready. He was friendly and kind and we had great conversations.
