Never Again
by Aztlan57 on 11/27/2018If you're in the market for a Jeep, my suggestion is that you find another dealer. I recently purchased (2 days ago), a new 2018 WranglerJeep Sport Unlimited. The vehicle was detailed, but with a couple of problems. There was a piece of… tape on the hood, and scratches on the 2 rear tire fenders that the person who did the detailing was not able to remove. I was told by Ron (manager) to bring vehicle back during the day and issues would be addressed. I made arrangements to bring vehicle back on Tuesday at 10am (2 days after purchase). So, today being Tuesday, I arrived at dealership, took vehicle to service department as instructed by Ron, and was met by Izec who said he would be the one detailing my car. After a wait of about 1.5 hours the Jeep was done. Izec, in my opinion did an excellent job removing the piece of tape from the hood, and cleaning fenders. He mentioned that he wasn't able to remove scratches from fenders, and that I should contact Caleb or Ron to let them know. I did attempt to contact Ron Tuesday afternoon, but to no avail. I now have another "appointment" to take vehicle in on Wednesday to speak to a General Manager to try and remedy the situation. I have to say, that during the purchasing of the vehicle, the serviceman (Caleb), and manager (Ron) were somewhat attentive, but since the purchase, there's been no follow up as to weather problem has been resolved. The saga continues. So, buyer beware. Buy at your own risk, but there are other dealers in the area.Leon Thompson Review

2018 challenger

We went out to find a used Camaro but found out a new challenger was much nicer and reasonably priced so we went to Ontario dodge and met a salesman named Jacob who twenty minutes later told us there were no challengers in… SoCal in our price range with sunroofs and we should go to Puente Hills Dodge! We were blown away and drove to Puente Hills were we met Santiago who got us the car we wanted for the price we wanted. Done deal two hours later. Puente Hills Dodge was greatCongratulations on your incredible 2018 Dodge Challenger! We know you will love every minute in it. Thankyou Henry for your sincerity to our case. I hope this feedback will get him some great… recognition because the man deserves it. Great people skills and he know how to understands his customers. Unlike the representative or associate that answered the phone when the situation happen. I don't remember his name but I do remember it was a male. The way he responded to my call was very unprofessional and lacked compassion. The male told me "engines just don't blow up". How in raged I was. At that moment I felt like I could have lost my life and the insincerity and unprofessionalism of the associate was uncalled for. But Henry turn my experience around what is great service, straightforward attitude and is undivided attention. when he assisted me.From a supervisor point of view that man went above and beyond to make me feel appreciated as a Puente Hills Jeep Dodge and Chrysler dealer customer. Phenomenal service and competitive prices

As any aggressive buyer would do, I attempted to have other… dealerships match or beat the deal that Puente Hills offered me. Surpringly nobody was able to come near to matching, let alone, beat their deal. In addition, I also want to thank Michael. I'll admit, I was a very aggressive buyer with a thousand questions, and yet, for a course of a week, he was always very responsive to all my text messages and provided me straight forward and honest answers. I am confident that I got the best deal for the jeep I was looking for at Puente Hills. by RoseZetta on 05/31/2017The bait & switch technique is terrible! I came in yesterday trying to purchase not 1 but 2 vehicles! I am saddened by the absolute lack of moral character displayed by the sales staff. I test drove the purple Jeep Wrangler and told the… salesman I wanted to purchase it and hold it. I then test drove a grey Doge Ram dually and told him I wanted it also. When we went inside to write the check for both suddenly the dually was sold! They said they "had others" though but upon looking of course the prices were higher! As for the purple Jeep they of course upped the price even though I printed the price right before going to the store! I'm a good person...I served my country honorably in the US Army. I adopted 6 beautiful kids (most special needs) and now I have custody of an 11 month old I am raising. My karma should be good but this feels REALLY BAD! I do not like the tactics of this sales staff and I am going to make sure everyone knows about this including the DMV. I will take this to court as it is bad advertising and bad sales techniques.2015 Jeep Cherokee!

by atadres2 on 02/17/2014updated 04/25/2025i got my 200 from here AMAZING PRICE about 15500 out the door they worked very hard to put me in the car even staying past closing hours to make the deal they did not try to rip me off and even offered me the LOSER price for either a DART… OR my 200 on the spot for a BRAND NEW CAR however when i came back for a issue with my gas tank (WHICH was mostly my fault not an issue with the car the services rep Ruben was very rude and impatient i love the SALES reps and even the FINANCE Guys who worked very late into the night with me to close the deal even with my thin credit history as i am only 21Horrible dealership

We came in on a new car that was advertised and they did everything they could to NOT sell it to… us. They said the car wasnt ready for sale yet. But it was on the lot along with all the other new cars (?) When we pointed that out things started getting nasty. Then they sent some "manager" out from the sales office who was really rude and condescending and basically toild us to go somewhere else. So we did, to Cerritos Auto center wound up with an even better deal than the car Puente Hills wouldn't sell us (!) and with ZERO hassle.Amazing Dealership!!!!
by dreams4472 on 10/13/2011updated 04/25/2025Went to a million and one dealerships and had HORRIBLE experiences. i was on the verge of giving up when my best friend e-mailed Ed from puente hills... gave me the BEST deal and told me they had exactly what iw as looking for... over the… phone they told me they would have the car washed and ready before i got there! of course... it was washed and ready (to my surprise- i was even surprised that they had the exact car i wanted to begin with!) awesssommmmee staff... manny, ed, juan, chris they are all SO nice and SO friendly... no BS, no lies... they get straight to the point and let you have an opinion and don't give attitude to you dependent on your opinions! Everyone who is interested in a dodge/jeep/chrysler should most definitely go here... i promise you willl NOT be dissapointed! THANK YOU PUENTE HILLS!
