by Cayleen M on 06/08/2023I had a hellacious experience at a DIFFERENT Nor Cal Honda Dealership. After that went south I called Concord Honda, knowing they usually had more inventory than other Honda Dealerships. I was absolutely BLESSED to have AnnaMarie in Sales… answer my call. She was kind and up front. I ended up with her the next day going over paper work and 6 days later my DREAM CAR had arrived EARLY. We also worked with April and Jessica (could be wrong on this one)- in finance and again just such a pleasant and wonderful experience. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They were honest, transparent and FAIR. I never felt that I was being pushed around or forced into something I didn’t want. The dealership does have a market adjustment (mark up) but they are transparent about this and don’t hide any other additional “required” packages like many other dealerships are doing. And knowing the market, it truly is a FAIR market adjustment in my opinion. So far I absolutely love love love my new car, but I loved my experience with Concord Honda somehow more??? I could not believe how easy, pain free, and comfortable it was to buy my car- thanks to AnnaMarie and her team! I plan on returning for service in the future as I’m local and can’t wait. I HIGHLYYYYYYYY recommend this dealership and team over any other Honda in the East Bay. Check them out! You won’t regret it.Cayleen, thanks for your praise and kind comments about our team. No air conditioning

We had so many problems with the Acura, the air conditioning and possible transmission and power steering. We took it to our mechanic, and he suggested we trade up for a different car. We took the Acura back to the Concord Honda dealership. At first they wouldn't exchange it. They made us wait an hour for an appraisal, which turned out less than half of what we paid less than 2 weeks before. We were not going to do that. After some talking back and forth, the General Manager came out and offered us full value for what we paid if we exchanged for a different car. We choose a 2011 Honda Accord, and we are so happy now. My daughter loves this car. Thank you, Concord Honda, for making this right. We change our rating to 5.

He really pulled through for me both times even with my info being a little dicey. I love how consistent… he is and he definitely doesn’t waste any time!
