by Car purchaser on 10/11/2019updated 10/22/2019I went to the dealership for a used vehicle priced at 11780. I assumed the normal taxes etctoadd up to 1500. The sales guy Galo was very friendly and I asked for the out the door price. He came back with 15400 saying they added lifetime… tint. I declined the offer and left. I received multiple calls from the dealership asking if we could negotiate. I spoke with another guy Christopher and he came back at 16300, Do not waste your time here.Prestige autos

by aleksandras1 on 09/23/2018If you want to work with a dealership that lacks integrity and authenticity, well then Prestige Auto the place to go. While they post one price online, there is an additional $1100+ charge (on top of that) that they dont draw attention to… until the very end of the buying process. That is because theyve allegedly installed tint and a tracker. If you want neither of those options, you still have to pay and additional $150+ to have them removed (probably per service). They dont bring up any of this until after they run your credit either. Run the other way from these clowns.Great Dealership

by tombomb on 05/11/2017bought a 2017 Chevrolet impala. love the car. but as I was exiting the dealership my friend noticed a crack on windshield. which you cannot see from driver seat. prestige employee sat in front seat during test drive. which he did not point… out.. returned to dealership the next day 5/11/17 of purchase and was told "that didn't happen here" now I'm stuck with the bill because they refuse to cover the cost which I don't care.. wish I had a better story. very disappointed with this. but I do love the car16' Ford Fusion

Sarah was quick to respond (via email and text, which made things super… convenient), then we ended up heading over to Corona to see the car we were interested in. Sarah took us on a test drive and made the whole process very easy. I don't like to haggle, so TrueCar makes that process simple. We did go back and forth with the APR for financing the rest of our loan but we ultimately walked out with a lower APR than I originally anticipated which was wonderful.2017 Hyundai

I had many requirements for a used car and even though David, the owner, did not have a car to match my requests, he found one. I waited about one week and David found the perfect… car for me. Sarah, the sales associate, took me through the paperwork in a timely fashion and I am now a proud owner of a 2015 Mini Cooper Countryman. I couldn't be happier. by MrJacobT on 09/04/2016Tires weren't in great condition my rear right tire was constantly losing air and when i called them they blamed me because the way i was driving. you know probably drifting in a fwd car..., first week of owning it the hood latch stopped… working. the left side mirror was apparently glued onto the car. i found that out after washing the car a few times and after all the rain from the season. But still other than these things the car has been good. I probably wouldn't buy from them again. But they did sell me a car and really locked me in. If you do buy from them because of price and etc. CHECK EVERYTHING. I feel like the carmax report was hiding some things. it obviously was hit by someone or something on the left side of the car. the mirror was broken plus the apillar was cracked which was all glued VERY well. they covered it up extremely well. I didn't actually see it till about a month later in which they couldn't do anything for me.So happy with my BMW 528i
