He listened to all of our wants and helped us find a brand new car that fit both me and my husbands' taste. We ended up purchasing a 2013 Nissan… Altima and we couldn't be happier. He even managed to keep my kids busy while we went over the financing options. If you go to Fontana Nissan make sure you ask for Robert. He'll make you laugh and you'll wonder where the time went.Happy Customer

I sold cars for several years all aound CA and never saw this type of quality service from every member of the staff. I purchased two Nissan Maximas from this place.… My in-laws have bought three cars from here. No pressure at anytime from the staff. They answered all of our questions. Frank the GM and Frank the service manager are awsome and run a great group of guys. In addition, the owners (Bothe father & son) a very nice people. This dealership really strives on not only their quality of service but their competitive prices as well. Customer loyalty is their number 1 goal and they really stand up to it. Marlon was my salesman and did more for me than any salesman has ever done. Go see him,… you'll love him! No pressure at all! Barry will make the numbers work for you. Mike will make sure that any issues you have are fixed and Chris in finance makes sure you get the best deal on your gap and warranty. Paul in service is pleasant and makes sure you leave satisfied. I have no buyer's remorse and I know I got the best, best, best, deal possible. I'm so happy with my car that I can't even explain it. I love these guys! Go in and ask for Marlon and Barry and you will definitely leave with a smile on your face! Also, these guys have THE BEST prices in the IE and they have a complimentary warranty that you can't find at the other dealerships.great service

Immediately I felt a very laid back, comfortable atmosphere. After speaking with Alex O., a… sales rep, he convinced me that buying a new car would be more beneficial then fixing my old car. I walked out of there with a new 2013 versa and am very happy not only with the performance of the car, but the experience at Fontana Nissan and the excellent service I recieved.another satisfied customer

Customer Service is very important to me and I felt like they understood what I was looking for in a vehicle and price-wise also.… They were both knowledgeable about features and options on the vehicles that we looked over. by lrm4 on 12/22/2012updated 04/28/2025Before I came in I used the "chat with dealer" feature which was very helpful-- the person who helped me was Kevin and I appreciated that he didn't take a long time to type in responses! I then came in and Melissa took me on a test drive… and did an evaluation of my trade-in; she was efficient and friendly, very easy to work with. Barry went over the financing options with me, and I appreciated that instead of only giving me the things I asked for, he brought out a spreadsheet so I could see things I hadn't thought to ask about yet (but probably would have) -- this saved us time. Then, Wes handled the financial/paper-signing piece and made several really good suggestions for me. He also rushed things along since I was running late for a meeting. (Because of my being in a rush I didn't fully process everything he told me so I called back the next day and got a re-explanation that was very clear.) All in all, this was a very good experience and I'm very happy with my vehicle!Loved shopping for our new Nissan

While it does take time to look… around and sign paperwork, my 5 yr old was also very comfortable and entertained in the kids play room.
