    I received outstanding service, as always from the staff at Rotolo Chevrolet. It began with Service Consultant Ron Austin friendly offer to pick up my Suburban at my home and taking it in for service, and returning it back to me at home. This is a service that makes my life easier, saves me time and is truly appreciated. I only have positive comments about all my experiences at Rotolo Chevrolet.

    I took my Chevy Cruze to your dealership because of some electrical problems most of it was under warranty except for a sensor. The service I received was excellent I was very pleased.

    I liked how you offer shuttle service so we don't have to wait at the dealer all day while the car is being serviced. Customer service was good as well.

    Sal was very straight forward from the very beginning with my purchase in May. When I decided to purchase another car in August, I didn't hesitate to speak with Sal Mercado. My wife and I came in on a Sunday and did not want to spend the majority of the day at the dealer. When Sal found the car that I wanted in Culver City, he said they would pick it up that day and deliver it to my house and finish up the paperwork. I had never heard of that being done. Everything worked out as planned and Sunday evening I had my new Camaro. Now that's service! My son is looking to buy a new truck next year and I'm sure he will be giving Sal a call.,Sal was very straight forward from the very beginning with my purchase in May.     Danielle,Luis and Lucy were all great. The customer service department was also great I am sorry I cannot remember the womans name. I came in knowing what I wanted and did not get any pressure from anyone to do anything different. I will be back the next time I buy a car and also encourage my friends and family members to check you out!

    Used to sit there for a long time, no knowing if they know I am here. I like the improved check in. Somebody comes right away, takes data from the car, and gives it to next available service adviser.
