    Great experience! I've purchased many of cars in my life time and I must say, this was the easier of them all. No hassle and awesome customer service!

    This is our 2nd purchase from Rotolo Chevy. Danielle Y. was wonderful. She did research the day before our purchase. Her professionalism and knowledge of our needs and the Rotolo Chevy brand made our experience seamless. Customers for life!!! AAA+!!!!!

  • Humilitated, scammed and treated poorly

    I had the most wort experience at this dealership. I supposably was approved for a vehicle and then they let me drive off with it and 2 weeks later they call me back to take the car back and that I wasnt qualified, so duringthe time I had the car I went and got insurance on the car and I also got wheels and tires which I couldnt get my money back for the wheels and tires! So I call them and let them know and they respond with the worst attitude and tell me that they never told me to go put wheels and tires on the car but they led me to believe that the car was mine and I was qualified for it. This dealership does fraudelent inducement and deceptive trade practices. Do Not come and buy you car here they will treat you like royalty so you can buy the car but when you dont get qualifed they treat you like garbage. Lesson learned, I will never buy a vehicle from Rotolo Chevrolet.

  • Excellent buying experience

    We sent a quote request through the internet and received an immediate response. Danielle Y. was extremely helpful and responsive to our request. We exchanged a few emails and then phone calls and Danielle was able to locate the car we were looking for. We arrived on Saturday morning to see the vehicle and it looked great. We sat down with Danielle to fill out the paperwork then over to finance and customer service. The entire Rotola team was courteous, friendly and very helpful. Buying a new car can be nerve racking but I must say our buying experience at Rotolo was quite pleasant. We are very pleased with the vehicle and the entire Rotola team.

    We had a very good experience from beginning to end with Lucy S as our salesperson. She is a shining example of a well prepared professional that you expect but don't often find these days. From initial contact to the drive out of the parking lot we couldn't have been more pleased at Rotolo Chevrolet!

  • Darryl Mayberry is AWSOME!

    These poeple are great! I wasn't really planning on getting a new vehicle until next year, but when I was notified of a special promotion from GM Card i decided to take a look. Through the GM website I was able to locate a new Equinox equiped exactly how I wanted, locate at Rotolo Chevrolet. I requested a quote and shortly after the dealership opened I was contacted by Darryl Mayberry from Rotolo's Internet Dept. I told him that my last couple of cars were Saturns, and I chose them because of their "no haggle" sales approach. Darryl told me that their approach was pretty much the same. When I showed up at the lot I was expecting to go through the 4 hour grind to get to the bottom line price, but boy was I wrong. Darryl took the time to explain the features of the Equinox, with absolutely no pressure, and not only did he meet my price expectations but he exceeded them by a substantial amount. I was in and out of there in less time than most people spend grocery shopping. The other staff members there were very helpful, I came away feeling like I was part of the family, and not just "another sale." The bottom line is, I got the exact vehicle that I was looking for, at a price that was better than I had hoped for and with absolutely NO PRESSURE. I should also mention that the service depart is fabulous. In fact, it is because of how I was treated by them that I decided to give Rotolo Chevrolet first shot whenever I needed a new car.

    I have visited this dealership twice in the last few years & each time they offered me below what Edmunds website suggested was a "fair value" for my trade-in. I wind up buying my new car at another local dealer that offered a reasonable "fair value" for my trade-ins & a good price on the new car. Rotolo's sales people let you know in so many ways that they don't need your trade-in but want to sell you a new car. I don't know if this experience is common to other buyers but it was my experience.

    I would like to congratulate and thank the owners of Rotolo Chevrolet and their wonderful team for their magnificent dealer.I have been to many dealerships shopping for a new SUV that met my needs and budget and I can honestly say that not one came even close to Rotolo Chevy.They really consider and care about you and will do whatever it takes to make you happy, No bait and switch deals, No hassles, No pressure, No games...Exceptional customer service , courteous , friendly ,honest and very professional, qualities that are almost extincted in customer service nowadays.Purchasing a vehicle to me has always been a dreadful and uncomfortable experience , but I'm so very happy that I've found Rotolo Chevy and will always come back to do business with my friends.When friends and family come to congratulate me for my new and beautiful Chevy Traverse I can't help but to brag about how I was treated at Rotolo and how everyone should go there to experience it for themselves.If only every business in America adopted Rotolo's motto...I would like to thank Josh P. for helping me find a great deal and his kindness, Ryan . for making it happen and his patients, Angelica C. and Jorge R., you all made me very happy, you guys are AWESOME! !God Bless you all.
