New Car Purchase - Best Ever

The purchase of our New Outback has been the Very Best Ever experience. We have been using… Lithia Subaru of Fresno for years for maintenance on our 2009 Tribeca (231,000 miles). It is true that the entire Dealership (Parts, Service, Sales and the Staff) are seen as a total Team to the Customer. Simple facts are, good Service sells New Cars, respectful Staff sells New Cars and a clean facility sells New Cars. The men and women "up-front" in the public eye close the deal. Mr. Jose Guerrero is the perfect representative of your Organization. Friendly but not immature, knowledgeable but not overbearing, and trustworthy (a rare quality on Blackstone Ave.) In short, he represented every element of the Dealership professional and confidently. Subaru Vehicles have a great reputation and Jose Guerrero has risen to match that standard. Please let him know that we recommend him to our small mountain community.Best Car Buying Experience Ever!

I told him what I was interested in and he showed us everything Lithia had, plus told us everything about the SUVs. Jose is really the… reason we went back and I did buy a Forrester from him. He is the nicest, most genuinely sincere person I have ever dealt with in 50 years of buying cars! Everyone at Lithia was very courteous and nice to us and there was no evidence of pushy salesmen anywhere. The whole experience was wonderful. I am looking forward to my first maintenance appointment so I can go back and visit with everyone again! Plus, I can take my dog!!! I highly recommend this dealership! The salesperson, Derek, was very professional and helpful. And what started as me going in to… "just look" ended up with the purchase of a 2018 Subaru Forester. I bought my first car in 1965 and this was surely my best car buying experience. 2017 Outback

Finance was also great got us through the paperwork fast and even gave us information about the car that we did not know. Only down side -… service dept. care was washed looked great when we drove it off the lot and the sun hit the windows they were so water spotted. Front windshield was dried via the windshield wiper and the side windows were wiped with a wet towel and left to dry. I would still recommend Lithia Subaru of Fresno.We appreciate you taking the time to share your purchase story with us. We look forward to seeing you in the future for your service needs.
