Will go out of my way to buy from Calstar!!!
by Rebecca on 12/30/2020So impressed. Karo my sales person knew more about the RAV4 I test drive with him than the Toyota sales guy did with the other car I drove - Karo is a Mercedes sales rep... When I decided to buy the car I called to from wrapping up another… test drive. We did the deal on the phone. Karo sent me all the docs I needed right away, and arranged to come in on his day off to finalize the sale. When I was wrapping up the paperwork I was in before the finance team, so the finance director took car of me. As I was leaving, the manager asked if I had a good experience. The whole Calstar team is really excellent. I had people approach me to make sure I had what I needed (I was in the lounge waiting for paperwork) and each time I walked in someone would say “oh, I’ll get Karo”. I will check with Calstar first for all my future car needs.I had a great experience!
by Mercedes on 05/27/2019Very friendly and professional staff. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.Lease of 2019 S560
by Dean & Sara on 05/07/2019This is my 3rd lease from Calstar Motors in Glendale California; S550, C300, S560. Friendly sales people, super service, honest and friendly dealership. Got advertisement of a special deal to trade in my S550 (3 months left on 4 year lease)… for S560. Me and my wife got to the dealership, the sales person, Art, who leased us our daughter's C300, found the S560 we were interested in located in Orange county. Next day, we basically handed our S550 to the dealer, with 3 months left on the lease, paid equivalent down payment and took possession of S560 with 4 year lease that was $49 over 2015 S550 lease, as advertised.Great Dealership Experiance
by Gharibian on 05/01/2019Jora Customized the deal to fit my expectation. Very friendly and informed staff.Trading in lease and purchasing new one
by Susan Jones on 04/18/2019updated 04/26/2019Emon was very nice to deal with, no high pressure sales talk or automated rehearsed pitches that drive me crazy. Best prices and payments right off the bat. I was so surprised, really. Anton the finance manager was easy, kind, and… comforting if you can believe it. Im loving my GLC250. Emad found me the silver on silver (hard to find) so happy I didnt have to settle for another color. HahaCALSTAR MERCEDES Best place to lease/purchase a car!
by FabPascali on 04/09/2019I have been leasing and or purchasing my MBs there for over 18 years. Mr. Mike Amani, the sales manager, has always been there for me providing the best service one could desire. His professionalism and excellent care make me and my family… feel at home. Ask for Mike or Carena Kinney and your experience on the process of purchasing a car will be of unparallel excellence.Misinformation and unreliable
by alfi4 on 02/08/2015I had one of worse experience to lease a car. First a lot of misinformation then release the car with 1/2 tank. Then first 2 weeks of lease end up just spend in service, and every day promise to solve the issue. And finally sell the car in… CarMax in day 16 of leasethe lowest rating is a gift for this dealership
by AntiCalstar on 07/25/2013updated 04/26/2025Customer Service and business conduct in general is APPALLING. The general manager and all the employees should be embarassed and ashamed to be representing such a high caliber brand as mercedes benz. Clearly they are not in the business of… making money because I know for a fact that they are clearly LOSING money. All reviews I have read on internet postings are 100% accurate in saying this dealership is the worst ever and advising others not to waste their time and money with such idiodic people. Suggest this dealership do a complete overhaul and fire everyone and start from scratch. With such a high unemployment rate these days, it makes me sick to think these fools are making even a few pennies when millions of others are more deserving. They should be ashamed of themselves--get additional training, learn how to deal and be polite with others including CUSTOMERS, fix their attitudes and be grateful they have jobs. Hopefully for all of us, for not much longer.
