    I recently purchased a 2014 slightly used 535d. The salesperson- Ross- did a good job. This is my 12th BMW os I am not new to the product line. I would recommend the store and the sales person.

    Great service, the best Dealer service provider, I have been servicing my BMW's for years at Pacific BMW, service agent Gilbert Pogosyan helped me to understand what was wrong with my car, it was last minute call that I made and he helped to finish the service within hours. By the way they wash my car better then Car washers

    Purchased certified pre-owned in 2002 and always had serviced at Pacific. It is some drive for me to get to the dealership, but they have need good on loaner or shuttle service. Car continues in excellent condition.

    I cannot speak more highly for the professionalism, care, and consideration shown by the personnel at Pacific BMW. The ultimate driving machine has the ultimate service staff there.

    I had my 135i convertible serviced today. Needed new turbos not a problem. Peter Mkhtchian took care of it all. Definitely recommend their Service Department.

    I bought my new 2014 BMW 525 from another dealership, but I choose Pacific BMW for servicing, because of Galo Mora. He gets it done and I'm always given a loaner car or shuttle service when I need it. Very satisfied!

    I was very hesitant to bring my car to Pacific BMW because of some of the stories I heard. But once I got there, Gilbert P. answered all my questions and helped me understand some of the details regarding my car. Most dealers will lie and make up problems about the car just because I'm a woman and don't understand much about the details. He was very cooperative and professional. I was able to pick up my car the next day with no problems. I highly recommend Pacific BMW and definitely recommend Gilbert to assist anyone.

    I took my bmw to pacific bmw for service, my service advisor Gilbert was very professional and friendly, he made me feel very welcome and he was really helpful and answer all my questions and needs. I definetely know where i'll be next time my car needs anything! Thank you Gilbert.

    It was easy, i was in and out quickly and everyone was very nice while accommodating. The complimentary snacks, water and coffee make you feel like you’re receiving a five star accommodation somewhere and you almost forget your coming in to maintain your vehicle. Good job Danny and the rest of the BMW Family!

    I have a low tire pressure signal on and the car is also due for the 10000 mile service. I called and made an appointment 4 days later. I brought the car there, get a loaner and was out the door in 25 minutes. The car was finished next day and again, I was out the door with my fixed car in 20 minutes.

    First of all, I am from Victorville and I am a full time photographer, so I don't have much free time. So when I was searching for a car, I didn't have time to visit dealers in person, and when I called this dealer and spoke to the sales person Marinka, she went out of her way to get me the best deal possible and even told me how to apply for financing online. I didn't feel pressured AT ALL by her, unlike other places, and instantly felt she was a person I could trust. I filled out the online application, which was really easy and after I got approved, she asked me to go to the dealer and check out the car. When I got there, the car was BEAUTIFUL, however it had some minor defects caused by the previous owner, but Marinka and Thomas the Sales Manager were very helpful and had no problem getting all of the issues fixed. After looking at the car, I was taken into the offices to fill out my paperwork and was helped by Lucy the finance manager. She told me about all the available options and about a BMW credit card that I was approved for with the same credit check and never rushed me into buying anything. I felt very at home with everyone! Now I took my car back to the dealership so they can fix all of my concerns, which Danny and his team did and they gave me a fully loaded 2014 5 series to drive while mine was fixed. I feel very happy about my decision to buy a car from them. Everyone, especially Marinka was very helpful. I will definitely come back in the future to purchase an M6 (which I LOVE). I can't say enough about these wonderful people, I don't realize why they have so many bad reviews, but after being rejected at BMW of Ontario, and treated badly at other dealers, I can say I will recommend this particular BMW dealer to everyone! Thanks again!!!
  • They Sold The Car They Sold To Us For More Money

    We recently entered into negotiations and an agreement to lease an X5 at Pacific. This would have been the 6th car we bought from them (5 others were purchases). Via e-mail and phone calls with the salesperson, we exchanged all our information; financials, licenses, and the sale was confirmed. A "sold" sign was placed on the car. We felt happy with our deal, particularly since there were not a lot of X5's available with the Sport and option package we selected. Infact, it was the only one that Pacific had and no more were due in until January. On Thursday evening, we were told to come in Saturday morning to complete the paperwork and turn in my leased car. On Friday afternoon, we received a message from our salesperson that the sales manager sold our car as he was offered more money. This is confirmed in an e-mail. When we asked to speak to the sales manager, we were denied access.When they realized how bad this was sounding, they said it wasn't a sale, but a dealer trade. I must say that our sales person felt very badly but there was nothing he could do as the decision came from higher up. We called back later that night and asked to speak with another sales manager, and again were denied access. Our salesperson indicated that they know what they did and they didn't want to talk with us. It was surprising that someone who was a sales manager would have compromised himself and his company to this degree for one sale and a little more money. Regardless of where the car ended up, the fact is they sold our car to someone else. We had a firm deal, they sold the car that was sold to us for more money and without warning. We would have happily come in a day earlier to sign the final papers, but no one told us to. They left us high and dry, with no remorse and no help to find a like car. As we had to return our leased vehicle asap, time was of the essence. Fortunately, we went to Valencia BMW and within 1 day, they found us a similar car, we made a deal and we actually ended up purchasing the car. Pacific BMW's actions were unprofessional and unethical. We will never do business with Pacific again

    I took my 2004 bmw 545i to them..They hit the passenger side front door.There was a huge dent and they refuse to fix it...The worst bmw dealership ever...customer service is "0".Service manager was very rude..She was not helpfull at all.I ve got estimiated my car and i have to spend $1800.[violative content deleted]

    I started testing out the dealerships to see who would treat women like a human. This dealership isn't one of them. They treated me like I don't know anything, completely evasive, saying the price is "really expensive." Anyway, if women are reading this, stay away from the LA dealerships and go [elsewhere] where they treat everyone with equal respect. Man or woman, they greet you at the door to see how they can help. The sales people are knowledgeable and provide all details of the car, they are friendly and glad you walked into their dealership. So unlike the experience you will have at [another dealership].

    Problems were not only not repaired, they were exacerbated. Service representatives work diligently to pad the bill with very costly recommended service for imaginary problems which, upon further prodding, even they admit only "might become a problem" in the future. The facility is overcrowded so the wait (for anything other than the cashier) is rather long. Once sought service for a broken passenger side mirror and ended up with a broken driver side mirror. Quality control has been horrendous each time. Find an alternative service center!!
