by Headrush on 02/01/2015I'll make this quick. We were thinking of leasing a Toyota Camry but our niece who leased a Jetta wanted us to check out the Passat 36 month lease. Both leases where in the same price range for a 4 cylinder car with backup camera. Once we… test drove the Passat we were sold. The car to us seems much more solid and the 1,8 turbo charged engine has about the same horse power as the Camry but has much more getup. Since my wife drives the car on the Fwy every day for work we wanted something with more getup then our 2012 Chevy equinox that we traded in. We definitely got that with the Passat With that said our sales man Sergio Angel put together a deal with the advertized down of $2000 + fees and they took our trade which we owed about $1600 on the rest of our lease and we walked out with a new car and a $200 a month payment. For those of you who know how leases work our residual is $11,000. We did have to haggle a little but we are happy with our car and lease.Used Car Buyers Beware
by jessdbon on 01/04/2015I purchased a used 2012 Acura TL in October of 2013. The sales team that I worked wih (although friendly) failed to disclose the fact that the car was previously involved in an accident that caused structural damage, substantially reducing… its market value. The vehicle had a clean CarFax and I think that they thought that they could pass the vehicle off as mint condition to make a few extra thousand dollars. When attempting to sell the vehicle last month I was alerted to the prior accident by a CarMax inspector. He found the damage within just a few minutes of the inspection and then confirmed by running an AutoCheck report. Although the damage may not be recognizable to the average person, anyone trained to do vehicle inspections would spot it. The AutoCheck report also revealed that Pacific VW likely acquired the vehicle at auction so they were probably well aware of the issues with the vehicle. I am surprised that as dealer as large as Pacific Volkswagen would risk their reputation just to make a few thousand dollars. In any event, as a result of this I am potentially out over $5k. I have been in touch with the General Manager, Marin, in hopes that he will buy back the vehicle and avoid legal action, but so far his responses have taken days (or even weeks) and have been very non-committal. I will continue to push and hire a lawyer if necessary until some resolution is reached. Beware of buying used vehicles at Pacific Volkswagen. If you do, don't trust the CarFax alone. Run an AutoCheck as well and get the vehicle inspected.New Golf
by kikichp on 01/01/2015Jason Stacho helped me choose the car I wanted and gave me a great deal! He was very friendly and professional. I would recommend everyone to go see him at Pacific VW.Excellent experience

Everyone I worked with there was a pleasure.Lease of my new 2015 Tiguan
by taperry on 11/20/2014This is my 2nd lease from Pacific VW and Armin Navab, and I have to say that they have been the best experiences with a dealership. Armin was very attentive to my needs and went above and beyond to secure the deal I wanted. I will always… recommend Armin and Pacific VW to anyone that asks me about where to get their next vehicle. However, I was a little disappointed with the person performing in the finance department that took care of finishing my paperwork on the Tiguan. While she was friendly and exhibited knowledge of her position, she seemed to be too preoccupied with her cell phone and what was happening with a friend instead of getting the paperwork done in a timely manner as we were in a bit of a hurry to get back home and get a family member to work. This will not hinder us returning for a third vehicle when the time comes. Armin was very professional and as I stated has no problem going above and beyond. So that we could get home and get to get the family member to work, he offered to personally drop the vehicle at our house when it done being detailed for delivery, which he did and still took the time to go over the extras that came with our new Tiguan even though it was getting late. So if anyone reading this review is thinking about buying a car, we recommend that you ask for Armin Navab, though we are sure that all the sales people at Pacific VW are just as professional, we highly recommend Armin to take care of you and your needs because we are speaking from experience not once but twice. by RobbC58 on 11/17/2014I had a great experience at Pacific VW. The sales team was exceptional. Fady and Steve were as nice as can be. There was no high pressure tactics, only lets get you the car you want. The prices of the car was a good deal and the interest… rate on the financing was just what I expected.Thank you fory new Hyundai!!!
by sunshine4527 on 11/15/2014I just wanted to say thank you to Pacific Volkswagen for helping me quickly find my new car. My old car had broken down and I was in need of finding a reliable car. Luckily, I decided to visit this dealership and was attended to by Gorkem… Gercek. His customer service and knowledge of the available cars made it the easiest car shopping experience I've ever had. I really felt that he was personally invested in finding the best car and the best deal for me. He is an excellent listener, so easy to like, and always knew how to explain the pros and cons of each vehicle in a way that I would understand. He must be one of few the honest, hardworking car salesmen left in the industry, and I am so glad that he was there to help me buy my nearly new 2014 Hyundai Accent at such a good price!Great Service
by happy153 on 10/10/2014Had been on the hunt on buying a pre-owned car and during my search on carfax.com, noticed the Volkswagen cc at really struck my interest. My husband and I went to Pacific Volkswagen and upon our arrival, we were greeted by Chris Estrada,… one of the salesman. We knew we were in good hands when Chris took his time with us and was really thorough with the features of the Volkswagen cc. After taking the car for a test drive, we knew this was going to be the car of us.Great service
by Markopal on 09/06/2014I was recently in the market for a new lease option and decided to revisit the VW Beetle Convertible. To my surprise the lease options were good value for money so I decided to visit Pacific VW in the South Bay. Berdj H. assisted me with my… enquiry, quickly arranged a test drive and gave me the low down on the various models. I wasn't ready to do a deal immediately so Berdj gave me his card. Berdj did follow up but was completely understanding of my situation and wasn't pushy - which I appreciated. I went back to the dealership a week later and within about 90 minutes has completed all of the paperwork. The dealership located the exact model I wanted and arranged for it to be transported to LA that same day. Thus far I love the car and the experience I had in the lease process. Berdj was great and I'd happily refer my friends to him and the dealership.Typical stereotypical dealership
by jrands on 02/14/2010Using the Capital One Buying site, I got a quote from Pacific VW for a 4-dr 2010 GTI that was $250 below invoice. I thought this was great. Following the email inquiry, I received a call from one of their internet sales people just to give… a bit more detail and decided to call them back. To sweeten the deal, they offered to possibly do an early lease buyout for my car which at the time I thought was great. The person I spoke with said I would just need to bring it down for them to look at. Also, since they didn't have any of the 4-dr on hand, but supposedly had a several at the port, the salesperson said that we could see which ones they had while they "appraised" my leased vehicle. Before leaving, I asked if they will honor the $250 below invoice price which they said they would. Once I got to the dealership, the internet sales person passed me over to a regular floor person. Should have been my first clue. The salesperson then immediately started showing me the 2-doors when I specifically asked them about the 4-dr. While they were appraising my vehicle, I filled out a credit check application (big mistake on my part! DOH!). I had the intention of just filling it out, but not allowing them to run it until we first figured out what they had at the "port" and finalizing the sale price. Everytime I asked about price and about $250 under invoice I had been quoted, the salesperson kept sidestepping it and kept talking about the monthly payments only. I was told that he was going to check my early lease buyout numbers and would be right back. When he came back, he had these monthly payment figures with him and surprise, surprise, had apparently ran my credit check! without my permission and without explicitly telling me he was going to run the numbers! Going through the itemized list, I was quoted a price that was $800 over invoice, or about $1,050 more than what I was quoted in my initial inquiry. By this point, I was pretty frustrated as I'd fallen for every dealership trick. Anyway, after wasting some of the salesperson time by pretending to run some numbers because he had wasted mine, I ended telling them no and left.Great dealership, great sales guy
by wkakaherc on 05/17/2013updated 04/28/2025Nikos Enfiedjian was our consultant - we got 2 cars through him: a CC and a GTI. He was both knowledgable and easy going. No pressure.
