Ordered and purchased 2015 911 GTS
by 2015911GTS on 03/05/2015Even though I had purchased two Porsches from another dealer, i was not very pleased with the experience. Therefore, I contacted Pacific Porsche and connected with Mina Ibrahim. Mina was very responsive and respectful without the hard sell… approach. We sat down and built my car online and Mina was very helpful in explaining all the various options for the GTS. Once ordered and the car was ready to ship from Germany, Mina contacted me with the shipping vessel name and a GPS tracking website so I could track the vessel that my car was on which was great. Once the car arrived he contacted me immediately and even though they had multiple trucks of cars delivered that Friday, Mina went out of his way to get my car prepped for me to pick up in the morning. I highly recommend both Pacific Porsche and Mina Ibrahim when buying your Porsche in the future.As always, excellent service

He got me in first thing the next morning and had the guys fix it while I waited and had a cup of coffee. by lonelyseal on 12/13/2014Wow! What an amazingly refreshing experience. I just bought a 2015 Porsche 911 from Nathan Lloyd at Pacific Porsche, and I couldn't be more thrilled. I had purchased four Porsche's in the past from Rusnak Westlake in Thousand Oaks, CA, but… their sales staff often times made me feel like they were doing me a favor for selling me the car. That was NOT the case at Pacific Porsche. Here's a snapshot of my experience: First of all, I have a moderate disability, so I'm used to seeing eyebrows rise when I walk into a Porsche dealer. However, the eyebrows stayed at bay when I limped into Pacific Porsche, which made me feel comfortable from the start. Secondly, I had just dropped my daughters off at school, so I wasn't ready for the day yet - meaning I was wearing a wrinkled t-shirt, faded jeans, and I'm sure my hair was in its fiercely nomadic state. However, none of that mattered to Nathan Lloyd, as he was polite, courteous and abundantly patient in answering all of my 31,000 or so questions. The most refreshing part of my experience was negotiating and making the deal with Nathan, because doing so involved us engaging in a comfortable, fluid conversation that was void of contentiousness and prevention. Yes, it really was that easy. I would be remiss if I didn't mention that Mina Ibrahim in management was also quite helpful in discussing my pending purchase, and Angie Phoeun in the finance department was nothing short of awesome. While I can't emphasize enough how happy I am with my experience, I can say that I urge anyone who is in the market for a Porsche to contact Pacific Porsche first, and ask for Nathan Lloyd to help you. As I wrap up this review, please allow me to sum up my experience with Nathan Lloyd and Pacific Porsche in a few words: "Pacific Porsche. There is no substitute."Annual maintenance

by trojandan on 10/10/2014I will only take my Porsche to this dealership. Even though I baby my car, it always comes back performing better and looking better than when I drop it off. These guys do all the "little things" from Selena greeting you at the concierge… desk and answering every question that my 6 year old daughter asked while never missing a beat in attending to every other customer there to Christopher finding me a paintless dent repair guy who so perfectly and seamlessly popped a door dent that I can't even find where the dent was in the first place to the sales team that just love talking about Porsches. This dealership/service department is bar none the best I have ever seen/known.Best Service

As I have known Sue C. in service for about ten years now, I knew I would get the best service at an honest and fair price. Sue is an excellent… service technician, and it showed as she promptly worked with me, and took my car into the shop. She is also very caring, asking me about my summer so far and she genuinely showed care in this approach. Also, she even gave me a $100 coupon for my oil change. Thanks! As long as I have known Sue and worked with and bought cars from Pacific Porsche, they always strive to be the best, and for that I give my loyalty (and they know their stuff!) For example, when it came time to deliver "the news" about the check engine light, she was very caring and concerned as she described the misfiring on the engine. She intuitively knew about my platinum Fidelity warranty coverage and applied the coverage as appropriate. Sue C. not only knows her customers, she remembers her customers...by name! I am very proud to recommend Pacific Porsche for all your service needs, particularly Sue C., who, after over ten years of knowing her, still leads the way in customer experience excellence. by 15pcars on 08/30/2010We have owned 15 Porsche's and have purchased three brand new ones in the past 8 years. Of those 15 Porsche's we have tried to use Pacific's services three times. Guess what? Each time we were ignored, as if we were invisible. Do we have to… wear a neon light over our heads proclaiming we have the money to buy a car from you? We are clean. We dress nice. So what? We are from out of town so when we show up it might be in a rental car. Three times we came in to buy in Porsche and ended up buying them from other dealerships around the country and had them shipped to us. This past Saturday took the cake. We were looking at a GT3RS. NO ONE bothered to check on us. AS other folks walked in, they asked them if they could be helped, but not us. We arrived in a Chevy, did that have something to do with it? Had we come in the Mercedes or our other Porsche 911 would they have at least said hello? A family with four children walked in after we were standing there at least 20 minutes. They went right up to them and asked if they could help them. FOUR kids all under the age of 5, one with a bottle in their hand. I hope they did get to test ride that Cayenne they asked to see and I hope the bottle got spilled! Then a young gal in cut off shorts, a tank top holding a set of keys in her hand came in and they were all over her to show her a used car on the back lot. By that time I was livid and told my husband I wanted to go. FINALLY someone walked by and said, "have you been helped?" My husband said no, just looking...." Off we went to shop for our next Porsche somewhere else. Why we thought it would be any different this time than it was the last two times we stopped in there, I don't know, but after this time, I PROMISE you, we will not ever step foot in Pacific Porsche again. It's just too bad that they had the exact color combination and options on the GT3RS they had on the floor that my husband wants. We may have to shop the country and what a while till another one comes up for sale, but it won't be the one from Pacific, that is for darn sure.Be careful

They sold me a bluetooth unit referred to as Tooki along with satellite radio. 2 years later, it still doesn't work right, after replacing it, fixing it, putting in a Denison unit. I… have had to file suit and because the dealer installed it with an after market factory product, it isn't covered by the lemon law.

Pacific Porsche has resolved all my issues last year and I am completely satisfied.
