    Delillo was one of the best car buying experiences I've had over several decades of life. A young man named Gilbert made the whole process pleasant. No pressure just results. I highly recommend this dealership.

    This was the easiest care purchase I have ever done. Everything was done at my salespersons desk. they kept in contact with me by phone every step up the way through my purchasing decision. Super friendly staff and even after I purchased the car, they still contacted me to ensure that I was happy with my decision. This is an A+++++ dealership. Thank you for making my dream come true with my new 2023 Camaro and for being so nice and helpful.

    Great service! I was NOT allowed to look inside the right/rear panel at a non-working blower motor. I paid $45,000 for the Tahoe and I'm not allowed see inside the back of the vehicle with the panel off while I pay the service department for repair? Bad idea from management to exclude the owner. I will NOT purchase another vehicle from them.

    We have many choices of dealerships to shop in Southern California and we contacted many of them regarding a 2021 Bolt purchase. Delillo gave us the lowest price without dealer “add ons”,which are not disclosed in advertised prices. Could not be happier about the way we were treated with 80% of the paperwork handled online. In and out of the dealership in less than an hour with our new 2021 Bolt Premier for under 24k after rebates. Delillo will be my first stop when shopping for my next new Chevrolet.

    I have been buying a new car every one to tow years, needless to say I have a lot of experience that deal with all kind of sales tactics and dealerships. I can honestly say this is the best experience I had in recent years. This dealer is not or fancy, but they were upfront, honest, and no game was played. On top of that, best priced around. I would definitely recommend this dealership to any of my family and friends. Again, these old school honest people are hard to find now days.

    My wife and I are just two High School teachers in So. Cal. We’re nothing special. Just working through this pandemic trying to educate the children the best we know how. I’ve been teaching H.S. for 35 years. My wife 15. We went to buy a used car from a dealership (can’t afford a new one) in Huntington Beach. Here is my review. So you’re thinking about buying a car from DeLillo Chevrolet? Here’s my advice...pump the brakes and fasten your seatbelts. You will not believe how my wife and I were treated by this dealership. From the salesman all the way to the general manager. I will cite dates and times and include photo’s of text messages sent from the salesman to my wife. A little background on us. We are Huntington Beach residents. We have raised 7 adult children that are now between the ages of 23-31. We are both High School teachers and I was the Men’s & Women’s Head Track Coach at Golden West College for 29 years. We are well established in this community and between both of us we have a few thousand former athletes and students. I am 60 years old and have bought plenty of cars (new and used) from a variety of dealerships. So my wife wants a convertible Camaro and she finds one at DeLillo Chevrolet right here on Beach Blvd in Huntington Beach, about a mile and a half from our home. We visit the dealership on Tuesday 3/30 in the afternoon. We look at this silver 2019 convertible Camaro. The sticker was like 22,995. We like the car. I notice these scrapes on the passenger door and point them out to the salesman, Justin Bond. He asks me, “If I get these fixed, would you be interested in the car?”. I respond, “get this fixed and I will buy the car”. He goes to to get this cleared with his manager. He comes back out and says, “the car will be fixed by Friday. Can we make an appointment for you on Saturday?”. We agree and make an appointment for 9:00am Saturday (4/3). He calls us on Friday (4/2) and tells us they discovered a problem with the convertible top and since it is still under warranty, they are going to get it repaired but the car won’t be ready until Monday (4/5) because they are getting it repaired “off site”. So on Monday (4/5) at 12- noon, my wife gets a text from another salesman named John Buhs at 12 noon. He states, Justin is out of the office and they are waiting for the car to arrive at the dealership. My wife asks when we can come over. He says, “I’ll keep you updated”. He then says the car will be ready tomorrow (4/6), I hope that works for you. Then today, (4/6) John sends a text at 2:26pm saying the Camaro will be here at 4:30pm. My wife arrives at 5:00pm and is told the car is currently being sold to somebody else. My wife calls me, I head over to the dealership to talk to the general manager, Tom Gardner. He really has no interest in the story I just told and basically tells me, “That’s how we do business”. So at this point, it’s no longer about the car but more about how we were strung along by the entire sales staff at DeLillo Chevrolet and how they completely led us on, wasted our time, and deceived us through the entire process. I highly recommend you DO NOT do business with this dealership. I will be sharing this review on every platform related to purchasing automobiles. I am also reporting them to GM consumer complaints and I will be sharing this story with Mary Barra (CEO of General Motors) and the local BBB. Buyer beware! Stay clear of DeLillio Chevrolet in Huntington Beach. Please view my photo’s to see the text conversations between my wife and the two salesman Justin Bond and John Buhs.   • Waiting Room

    Service advisor was great! time to service was not bad but there was no coffee to drink, machine was not working properly which I brought to attention to reception desk, no option for coffee, are you kidding? I sold my Lexus and I will spare you how the waiting room is for Lexus customers but with all fairness my 2017 Impala was $40,000. I think the waiting room should be set as if you care for your customers waiting experience. I bought my car in Glendora and they have many more options for snacks and lattes not just low budget coffee vending machines. Very disappointed in my experience. do you want me (customers) to come back?

    Cody was my contact at the Collision Repair Center and made the whole process as easy as possible. He worked with the insurance company to ensure they had the information needed for the repair approval. I appreciated that he recognized that my new Equinox needed repairs that met that 'brand new' level of quality. He also provided an accurate estimated time for repairs and gave a helpful reco in nearby rental services so that I could get in, get out, and be on my way. Thank you Cody!

  • Quick, efficient, competent personal service

    The Service Department at DiLillo has always been a pleasure for me to deal with. My most recent experience was particularly satisfying. I had called Phillip, my regular service writer (not sure what they're supposed to be called), saying that I needed immediate work on my 2004 Corvette Z06. Unbeknownst to me, Phillip was very sick. He called Steve to have him take care of my needs. I am my wife's near 100% caregiver and this restricts my time flexibility. Phillip knew this and he had advised Steve. When I dropped the car off, as usual, I was taken home. I had a caregiver for that day only but the work needed another day. When work was completed the next day, Steve had my car washed and delivered to me at home as I could not leave my wife home alone. Now that's what I call service! I should say that Phillip has also gone the extra mile for me also. I really appreciate you guys.
