    I just bought a brand new 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Mario Dominguez and couldn't be happier with my purchase or experience! Mario and the other staff were more than friendly and professional! They also gave us the best deal we could… find in Orange County, enough to make us drive to Huntington Beach from Rancho Santa Margarita! Mario was also nice enough to come in 3 hours early before he was supposed to start work in order to help us fit purchasing the vehicle into our schedule. Thanks again Mario!

    The sales and finance team were great to work with. Claudia really know all of the features of the Ram 1500 that I was purchasing. Tracy the sale manager was very considerate of my time since I had a appointment and he was able to get the… deal that I wanted in a timely fashion. Bobby in finance was a very nice gentleman that got the paperwork drawn up quickly and I was on my way in no time.

    I personally have had a horrible time with my many service attempts at this dealership. I bought a new 40k+ Jeep which was modified with tires, rims, lifted, etc. When purchasing the vehicle everything was great. I even met Todd from HB… Performance who is the best thing at the dealership. He is very knowledgeable and great to work with all around. However, when you bring your jeep into service you learn that the service side of the house is not that great. Only if you get your Jeep into Todd at HB Performance will things go well. My story/example: I bought my jeep with cash and drove it off the lot. Things were fine and I noticed that the tire pressure was low in one tire. Not a severe issue, but with it being nitrogen I would need to revisit the dealership. During that week I turned left and the front wheels tore off the plastic skid plate under the Jeep. (first week) It seemed whomever modified the Jeep didn't give the skid plate enough clearance to withstand a turn. I brought it back in the next day and service filled the tire and said, "Oh you tore off the skid plate ha ha”. I thought that was cavalier, but I would just let that go. They filled the tire to 36 pounds and the tire said 41. I learned that service fills the tire based upon the manufacturer specs placed on the door, not the tire. So they were filling it as per stock tires from the door jam, and not the modified tires that exist on the Jeep. I asked them to fill it properly as per the tire, and they did. Then a week later the jeep started rattling. I took it back and discovered that someone failed to bolt down the exhaust after they modified the Jeep from stock. Service started pointing the finger at HB Performance, but Todd’s team told service to bolt it down. Eventually the service team finally stood up and bolted the exhaust down. There seemed to be a struggle over who was going to fix the problem. I didn’t care who did it I just wanted my new Jeep fixed. After that a few days later the same tire started going flat. I took it back and asked them to fill the tires. Again they filled them to 36 and again I asked them to fill them properly. While driving backwards out of my driveway I noticed a rubbing sound. I checked and the side rails were rubbing on the back tires. Whomever installed the side rails failed to look for clearance again. I once again visited the dealership and told them that the side rails were rubbing on the back tires, and that the tire was going flat again. The tire kept going down to 20 pounds, when it’s supposed to be 41. Once again the service team sprang into action and filled my tire, and told me I would need to make an appointment with HB Performance on the rails. Again I had to tell service to fill it to 41. I hit my 3-5000 mark on the Jeep and took it someplace else for the oil change. I thought I would have someone else look at it, and rotate the tires to see if I had a tire problem, or a sensor problem. They rotated the tire but the pressure issue happened again in its new location, so I knew it was the tire. About a month later and after sitting in my garage with only 6k miles on it, the jeep started to make a whine like an alternator whine. So I took it in to HB Jeep again. Once on site I explained to the service manager that it had a whine, tire was getting low, and that the side rails were rubbing on the back tires. The service manager said the side rails would have to be done by HB Performance as would the tire because it was a modified tire. It was at that time I decided to walk 10ft over to HB Performance and see if I could find Todd. He was there and after inspecting my Jeep he said, I bet you have a bad valve stem. Tell service that they should check it. I told Todd that service said they wouldn't touch the tire, and he said, "I will get it fixed for you." I then showed him the rails and Todd said he can fix it too. BOOM again Todd rocks, and service, well fails. I left my Jeep with them for a day, and I told them they could have it two. I really just wanted it fixed. At about 1:30pm I called to see what the status was on the alternator problem. The service guy wasn’t Bob so he couldn’t answer my question. He said it was Bob’s ticket and that Bob would have to call me back. Bob called back about an hour later and told me it was the pulley and not the alternator. Bob said they would fix it, and that it would be done that day. Excited I thought for sure my problems were solved. At 5:30pm Bob called and said I could pick it up, but I live farther than 30 minutes away so I left it overnight. (My choice) The next morning I arrive at 8:00am to pick up my Jeep. I walk into the office and ask for the cashier and I am greeted by a younger guy that says “…we are all the cashier”. All my years dealing with dealerships have taught me to ask for a cashier, but that’s fine. I ask him for my Jeep, and the younger guy asks me for my name. I give him my name and he proceeds to mock my last name while looking for the paperwork. It’s at that moment that I think, “…this is juvenile…” I was just a little shocked and dumbfounded at the arrogance of feeling comfortable enough to mock someone name. Strange, but again I felt it was just the immature nature of the team. I take my paperwork outside, and I am frustrated. PROBLEMS: Juvenile service, inability to work within their own two departments, calling me at 5:30pm to pick up my Jeep, and BOOM they still didn’t get the tire pressure right. No matter how many times I have told them to check the tires, they still under inflate them all to 36 pounds. I start to walk back into the office, and intercept Bob on the way. I ask him for the service manager and he can see I am upset. He says the manager will be in at 9:00am and continues back into the office. I am standing in the driveway waiting for someone to get me my Jeep so I can get the hell out of “Dodge” (pun intended) when I say nope. I walk back into the office and tell the juvenile kid at the desk that they under inflated my tires again. He begins to ask about my “modified tires” and I explained I bought it that way. I asked the kid who his manager is and he points to Bob. I say, “Bob is your manager?” realizing Bob earlier told me the manager will be in at 9:00am. So, Bob is the kids manager, and Bob could see I was upset, but instead of handling the situation he is going to hand me off to someone else named “Manager”? Is this “Manager” the same type of “Manager” as the “Cashier” is everyone? Does anyone run the show there? The kid sends someone to get the Jeep and fill the tires to the proper pressure. I am out front upset, but thinking this has to be some sort of joke. Are they really that inept, or is the real manager away, and the mice are playing? I am sure there is someone there that is responsible for something real in service. A moment later Bob walks up and asks me how he can help? At this point Bob and I get into a word play discussion about what “Manager” means, and to them it seems they give everyone the title manager. So maybe HP Jeep has too many managers and not enough worker bees. At the end of it all Bob gets frustrated with me, and I am equally frustrated with Bob. He did no good coming to me asking how he could help after playing the “manager” game. Since then I haven’t been back. My wife needed a new car, and we went over to Cerritos.

    Dan Powers and all of the fellow associates at Huntington Beach Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM made my first-time car buying experience wonderful and something I will always be thankful for. The 2016 Jeep Patriot I had test driven one day prior,… with all of the bells and whistles on my list, had sold just as I was getting off the freeway to come buy it and I was devastated! Dan searched and searched through their inventory until we found a Patriot with all of the same features, while remaining relatively the same price, with just a different exterior color and I fell in absolute love with it. He even stood with me outside while I just sat staring at the vehicle until I was absolutely sure it was the right choice for me. I never once felt pressured into making a decision, and he treated me like one of his own children in terms of helping me find a safe, and dependable vehicle. The finance process went smoothly and quickly and the overall customer service I received from this dealership was excellent and I will be sure to recommend anyone I can to them!   • BUY WITH Pat Bankemper!!!

    After researching the best location to purchase my Jeep I scheduled an appointment with Chris Moody. When I showed up for our appointment I was notified that he was not in that day, in that moment I was very disappointment that he wouldn't… have called or emailed me to inform me that he wouldn't be in. So as I looked around the lot for my perfect car I was greeted in the lot by Pat, off top very nice and pleasant guy. He explained that Christ days were switched and he would be assisting me (which I couldn't have asked for a better sales guy). I described my perfect Jeep to Pat and he said he had exactly what I was looking for. He tried locating the car that he looked up but had a hard time finding it in their other lot. He took me for a drive to the other lot to help locate it, and when we found it I was instantly in love!! We took it for a test drive and I was ready to go home lol. We went back to the dealership and started going over numbers, I was excited that I knew my car was right outside the door. Once we negotiated the price and they worked with me with what I could afford. I was ready to sign the paperwork which took another 45mins. All in all Pat is the man, great attitude, honest and trustworthy man. Want a new car call on Pat!!!

  • THEY PRESSURE AND INSULT YOU IF YOU DONT BUY

    WORST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE they PRESSURE YOU to sign the agreement and if you don't the sales man will go off on you and tell you you just wasted their time. I came here today and told them I wanted to purchase… and not lease. The sales man tried to pressure me into signing a lease agreement telling me I would save money. I am not familiar with lease agreements and did not feel comfortable signing. He then "summarized" to me the details and said there is no more to it. I disagreed and decided not to sign. This infuriated him and told me I had just wasted their time and asked me why I went to the dealership if I was not prepared to sign. He followed me all the way out the door and yelled in front of his co-workers and customers I was a waste of time. Horrible experience. . . if you are not 100% you want to purchase a jeep and sign, do not come here, they will treat you very poorly.

    I was very surprised of the service and efficiency that we received here at the Huntington Beach Dealership. My husband knew what he wanted and found the best price at this dealership. Upon arriving Dan Powers greeted us and help us with… the process. He explained everything thoroughly and efficiently. We didn't feel pressured at all and he even talked to us like we were part of his own family. Most dealerships are usually not looking for your best interest, however, Dan helped us to understand that our happiness was his happiness. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. I had no complaint and best of all I even liked the person that handled the finances. Dan took his time to explain every feature on the car and answered all of our questions. He was so good at explaining everything that we didn't really even need to ask that many questions. Thank you for making this car purchase a good one.

  • Great Purchase, Start to Finish!

    After researching everything on a 2015 Jeep Renegade, I found the prices at Huntington Beach Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to be the lowest prices by far. Upon arriving there, I was greeted by Product Specialist Dan Powers. I already knew which… vehicle I wanted which made the process much easier for both of us. I also knew what their advertised price was. My biggest skeptical fear when buying a new vehicle has always been the haggling over the advertised price. Especially when the price is way lower than all the other dealers. This was NOT the case here and Dan processed my purchase in a timely manner on the vehicle and price I had responded there for in the first place. I had a small issue with some debris on the vehicle that was left behind during shipping. I advised Dan that I did not want to take delivery of the vehicle until the issues were resolved. He quickly notified their body shop and the issue was quickly resolved. My entire experience was nothing but positive, starting the Dan Powers. My dealing with the finance department was good and working with the body shop was fast and professional. I definitely would recommend Huntington Beach Chrysler Dodger Jeep Ram and Dan Powers for your automotive needs.

    Just had my third experience at Huntington Beach Dodge. I came in to look at a new Dodge Charger Hemi R/T. Once again, I was impressed. Product specialist, Dan Powers, knew the ins and outs of the car. He was able to explain all the bells… and whistles. Scott Griner, Finance Manager, gives it to you straight with no hassle. I live in San Diego and I travel one hour up to HB Dodge because of there professionalism and no dealership in San Diego can touch their prices. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone look for a great car buying experience.

    I just traded in my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a new 2016 Jeep Wrangler and can't be happier with the service provided by the team at Huntington Beach Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! Outstanding Customer Service! Dan Powers is the man to go when… you're in the market for a new ride!! He managed to make the shopping experience a pleasant one! I went in expecting a long and stressful experience and thankfully it turned out to be anything but long and stressful! Both Dan and his manager Scott Griner went above and beyond to get me the deal I needed with the bank! I will definitely be coming back to them when it's time to upgrade my commute car!   • Efficient, expedient no-nonsense best deal ever

    Recently {9/5/15} I purchased a Jeep Cherokee from Huntington Beach Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. We went to the dealership and were looking at cars on the lot. Soon Mr. Fred Tabesh noticed us and introduced himself and made himself available… should we need further assistance. Fred was very polite, professional and was not pushy in any way. Fred was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and everything he said verified completely accurate when we double checked his information. He listened to what we were looking for in a vehicle, and when we were ready he provided some choices for us that fit everything we were after. He really listened to us, unlike some sales people at other dealerships who just “wait to talk” but don’t really listen. When we were ready to move forward to purchase a vehicle Fred was with us all the way through the process. He made us feel comfortable and relaxed while he worked through the paperwork and various departments involved in the process. All of the people we worked with (manager of finance, David in the document signing etc) were very professional and courteous and also very kind and respectful to my children as well! They took the time to listen and answer my children’s questions too without ever belittling them or making them feel inferior! We feel like we got a terrific deal and are confident we couldn’t have done better elsewhere, not with price or financing. Definitely I will highly recommend Huntington Beach Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram {hbJeep.com} and Fred Tabesh to everyone! Anyone who wants a great deal, no-hassle process, no long drawn out all day event (efficient, expedient no-nonsense best deal ever) call Fred Tabesh [contact info removed] UPDATE: After discussing at length with my husband the price, affordable financing & complete package we received 9/5/15 from Fred Tabesh at Huntington Beach Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram we decided to return 9/10/15 and purchase an additional Jeep from Fred! We were originally in the market for 2 new cars and after we purchased the first one for our daughter we were so happy we went back a few days later and purchased a second one for my husband and I! The second transaction was also amazing. There was no gimmick, trick or broken promises. Fred handled everything and made sure we were taken care of again, all the way through the process. Samir in the finance department was amazing as well. Even though it was evening, after a long hot day of work Samir took the time to go over every piece of paper and didn’t let us leave until any and all of our questions were answered! There is no way a better deal could be found. They can’t be beat in price OR service!!

  • Shady Dealership who will lie to you to get you in

    I went to the dealership to buy a vehicle yesterday. I called before making the 3 hour drive to confirm the vehicle was still available. I also told them I was buying it and asked if they would hold it for me if I made the drive. Tom told… me they don't normally do that but would ask his manager. He put me on hold a minute and came back saying that his manager approved it. They would hold the vehicle for me to purchase if I drove down that day. I take off work early and head that way immediately. I arrive there and we immediately sit down to go through the numbers to make the purchase. Keep in mind, I agreed to the purchase price of the vehicle before making the trip. I did not haggle with pricing at all. It was the price on the front window which was a decent price for this vehicle. They run my credit which is approx 800 credit score and I'm approved for the loan amount. I'm also putting 7500 cash down. I decline their extended warranty that they continued to push on me. After declining that, there is still 2k in hidden fees according to the length of the loan, monthly payment, and the interest rate they are giving me. I could of used my own financing but wanted it to go smoothly as it was late in the day and my bank was closed. I agreed to the 5% which I knew I could refinance in a few months with Chase @ 1-2%. They wouldn't show me the total and were playing the normal sales hidden numbers game. I ask one question - the break down of the fees. I never get this. After sitting around waiting, Tom comes back and tells me he cannot make the deal because the vehicle just sold! We are in the middle of a contract and they sale it? They failed to tell me they were doing two contracts at the same time for the same vehicle! They wasted 7.5 hours of my time and did not keep their word. If you cannot hold a vehicle, say so. If you tell someone you will hold it; keep your word. Why waste my time, get a bad review, and run my credit if you are going to sale it to someone else after promising to hold it? Shady shady dealership and sales people. Beware!

Too bad we were unable to earn your business, but in the positive, we have other vehicles equipped that exact same way at similar sale prices.     Ryan was our salesperson and he was very kind and entertaining. Went in at 9:30pm and got done at 11:30pm. The selection of cars was tremendous, so you get exactly what you want for a very low price. I would definitely recommend this… dealership!
