    Mechelle was excellent. She greeted us warmly, had the car we wanted see parked by the door, and let us know that she was prepared. She was persuasive but not pushy in discussing features and options we might want to consider. We came prepared to buy the basic MKC and her recommendations were the main reason we bought the high-level MKC. And any time you can persuade my wife to buy a luxury item, you have demonstrated why you are in the big leagues. Everyone we encountered was polite, prepared and professional. Our son wants to by a MKZ and we will be back.

    Pleasantly surprised. Was planning on bidding my final choice on line and ultimately bought on site because of the no nonsense no games approach!! Met a price point late in the evening based upon an online bid. Also met my credit union rate for excellent credit. Also walked from accross the street dealership and kept the same Sales Rep and did not have to start all over.

    Janie the service manager was very friendly, easy-going, and honest. She offered me coffee, cookies, and a place to wait. She even checked up on my while the work was being performed to see if I was OK. When the work was complete, she went over all the details of the work that had been performed on my vehicle. It was a very pleasant experience.

    Janey had awesome customer service and looked into everything little thing that I requested. She made sure I was up to speed on everything that was going on with my car and my car is working fantastic.

    I needed new tires and normal maintenance on my Ford Mustang. Paul Parsons helped we with this work. Paul gave me his personal mobile phone number so that I could reach him 24/7 while my car was serviced. I also used the Tuttle Click text messaging interface to quickly communicate with Paul during the time of the servicing. Paul made certain that he reviewed each recommended service with me and let me make the final decision on whether to go forward with each service (since this impacts the final cost). Paul gave accurate estimates for each service that needed to be performed. Overall, Paul is extremely attentive to meeting the customer's needs.

    My service adviser, Jane was very attentive to my situation concerning my 2000 Mercury. I am on a limited income and she recommended only services that required immediate attention with the recommendation of follow up at a later date.     Mechelle Williams, Internet/Fleet Sales Manager was very welcoming, warm and friendly. She made me feel like a welcomed guest and a VIP. She asked me if I needed my car washed, and it was washed. She offered again to go over any questions I might have about my new car. She took photographs of me and my sister posing in the vintage Woody. We had fun while waiting for a car wash! I feel I can come into the Dealership with ease, and was impressed by all the considerations.

    Excellent communication once I finally got settled in with Brian Carson....went through a few folks to get to him, since Don Palmer left. He and the Manager worked with me to get a lot of work done on my car and helped a lot with the pricing. I love that Lincoln LS and now I can keep it for few more years. However, when I need a new car, I will get it at Tuttle-Click.

    My service writer, Janey Neuenswaunder, was exceptional at managing my service needs. In less than 48 hours, she was able to get me in and out of a loaner that had to be towed arranged for enterprise at no inconvenience to me and she had my car serviced and back by Wednesday afternoon!

    Service writer did a great job. Friendly, knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in taking care of everything and doing it right the first time. He kept me informed of how the repair was coming. When it turned out the part needed to be ordered, he was apologetic and seemed genuinely concerned about the inconvenience in having to come back again. It was a real pleasure to deal with him and I will certainly ask for him when I return for service in the future.

    Personal attention, seriously interested staff, extreme patience with tutorials as needed with the '14 MKZ. There are a lot of features which are high-tech, which need to be explained and demonstrated, several times more than once!

    The sales experience was fantastic! Flavio was a pleasure to work with and did an excellent job! I felt he was looking out for my best interest, not just making a sale. He was extremely helpful and courteous. I looked into several other Jeep dealers in So. Cal. and Tuttle Click was by far the best in service and price!!!
