  • Got My Dream Car ! G80 M3 Comp (Frozen Portimao Blue)

    Approaching the end of lease on my G20 330 XDrive, I decided to start car shopping on January 1, 2023 and had initially anticipated going to Santa Monica BMW however they were closed. Called Beverly Hills BMW and the receptionist shared they were open, walk-ins welcome. Upon arriving I was greeted and assisted by Ashkan Zarkoub in the showroom, he was friendly and polite and inquired about why I was visiting today. Ashkan was knowledgeable about not only the cars but the packages that each car had and looked out for me to ensure I got the best deal and package. I came in knowing what I wanted and he showed me a few various options within my requested area, first started to run numbers on a Isle Man Green M3 Comp but the numbers didn’t come out right for me. A peer advisor suggested Ashkan show another Frozen Blue M3 Comp that wasn’t sold the day prior, we immediately took a look and I fell in love with the color combination, sat in it and loved it. Ashkan was patient throughout the process as we started to run numbers on this M3 Comp, he took my numbers and spoke with the Finance Manager to work to get a number that worked for both parties. Overall, the deal went well and I got my dream car, the Beverly Hills team were amazing and I was satisfied with the whole process and experience. This is the 2nd car in our household from BMW Beverly Hills and we would suggest anyone car shopping to ask for Ashkan and shop with the team at BH BMW.

  • Bad experience at BHBMW

    Went in to buy my car out of lease. Was given the wrong price before I got a cashier’s check and then had to supplement with a credit card. Process took 2.5 hours. It has now been over 3 weeks and they still have not sent the new registration papers to the DMV and have said not to worry since the temporary registration and plates are good for 3 months. Had to become aggressive to even get this done or could have been there for a lot longer

    We experienced one of the best car sales experiences at Beverly Hills BMW! Salesman, Scot, showed us new sedans that we asked for. There was no pressure to purchase. We recommend purchasing new cars at this dealer.

  • Not a great experience for buying out of state

    Working in car business for 11 years this was the WORST experience ever. Buying an x6m should be fun, exciting, and an enjoyable time. The price was great, but other than that toufie and Sean (gsm and gm) let me done post sale. Numerous issues with my 130,000 car. They COULDNT care less. From not filling my gas tank (which BMW reimburses the dealers), to having multiple cosmetic defects the transaction went south quick. I got the car without temp tags which is illegal it took them over 7 days to get temp tags. They quickly passed me off to local bmw dealerships for warranty work. Which I was met with contempt from both sides as to why Beverly Hills didn’t fix or mend these issues. The spoiler had an extra clip sticking out from factory, a hole in my leather from a salesperson most likely (showroom model), uneven leather dashboard, fender had damage. Trying to get them to buy the car back a week later cost me 20k… keep in mind their counterparts from Encinitas, vista, San Diego gave me 10,000 more on my trade. Now it’s evidently clear that they just wanted to sweep this under the rug. Thanks for a poor experience.

    The overall experience was very good. Our salesperson Wael Azzam was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, as were the others involved. I had only 2 minor complaints. First, the entire transaction process took a very long time, such that there were periods where nobody was around and I had to find someone to tell us what was supposed to happen next. The second was at the end when we were being shown the various and many aspects of operating the vehicle, I felt not enough time was spent with us. Other than that, the experience was very positive, and we love the car.

  • Tricky selling price

    Their internet sales respond quickly and clearly. Sales person is helpful and patient. They have lots of inventories to choose from. But one thing to be careful - they may increase the selling price when you sign the deal, which is not the price you agreed on in person, via phone or email. This is tricky so please check the final worksheet carefully before buying any insurance.

    This is my 2nd time getting my car at this location and my first time working with Neda. She was amazing! She's the only sales person who seemed to take my request seriously and actually returned my call, knowing which car I wanted. She was super accommodating and easy to work with. Neda and her super helpful assistant Jeremy are the reason I will continue to get my car at this dealer. Highly recommend!

    DO NOT BUY HERE!!! Was lied to about rebates by the salesman and the finance manager; they will screw you over lying to your face. They make up rebates to get you within budget and then you find out after they are full of crap. The dealership isn’t even a participant of the California rebate program. CAN NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. Already had a terrible experience with their service department multiple times, this is on par with the crap service they have offered me in the past. Go elsewhere, like faraway. It’s a shame cause BMW is such a great brand and these [non-permissible content removed] ruin the image of the brand. Unfortunately the most central location in LA is the worst dealership to work with.

    Don’t buy a car from Beverly Hills BMW. I would personally give you 10 dollars not to buy from them. You will regret everything after you drive off with your car. Everything is a headache with this dealer. They don’t do anything right. They play the blame game all day long.
