AVOID HONDA OF DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES – DISHONEST SERVICE
by RokC on 02/20/2025If I could give zero stars, I would. This dealership is completely untrustworthy, dishonest, and only cares about making money. I brought my 2018 Honda Odyssey in for service. Shortly after, my engine warning light turned on, and I noticed… a loud noise from the high-pressure fuel pump. I immediately scheduled another service appointment, and they charged me $230 for a diagnostic test, only to say "no error codes were found" and turned off the warning light without explanation. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to charge me $1,942.78 for a high-pressure fuel pump replacement, refusing to acknowledge that this issue started right after their service. 🔴 They erase error codes and pretend there is no problem. 🔴 They charge for diagnostics but fail to provide a real solution. 🔴 They deny responsibility and push expensive, unnecessary repairs. 🔴 Customer service is dismissive and unhelpful. I escalated my case to Honda Corporate, but they also refused to acknowledge the issue. Worse dealer
by Worse experience ever on 12/15/2024I hope the owner of this dealer takes a moment to read all the reviews customers post- I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealer and for me it was the worse experience- rims lock were missing from vehicle -one of the tires had a nail… low air pressure- dealer refused to take responsibility of tire - instead asked for me to pay for it which I did not since it’s not my responsibility- dealer employee (Dan) stated you can always return the vehicle if your not happy - instead of helping me he gives me an awful solution. Also Dan messed screwed up my contract in si many ways. The sales person that helped me was also, really rude she lied to me for some many times - her goal was for me to sign the contract - she careless for me the customer - once the contract was concluded she failed to turn in the vehicles to me instead she sent another employee. Very unprofessional of her. Hello Gladis I don’t mean to sound rude but all I need from the dealership is to pay for my damaged tire. (Due Bill) Like I mentioned before the dealership sold me a vehicle with a (nail) on the rear passenger tire- that’s awful business. Sales rep- Jacqueline Martinez Dan with the loan department. Can the dealership make a due bill and provide me with a service appointment?

He was very patient with us I had many questions and concerns as a first time buyer he… was able to help me very well. His service was excellent he offered us water, snacks as well while we were waiting for them to bring a car down for me.He was also switching in and out of Spanish and English to help translate for my mom who was Co signing for me which I really appreciated because it made my life easier but Thanks to him he was able to locate this one model that I wanted specifically and bring it home.😊Congratulations Bryana Morales! Sales rep was a game changer
by Drago on 07/01/2024Usually i’m not a “review” person but have to share something that blew me off about this Honda dealership and one sales rep in particular. Belive his name is Bobby or Boban, apologies to him ih he reads this if i got name off. Anyways, i… didn’t have any intentions getting the car at all, i’m new in the city and don’t need a car right now since there are a lot more things to be done and sort first. But out of curiosity i got into this dealership and bumped to tall nice guy at the door which name i mentioned earlier. We starting chitchatting where he presented best deals i’ve couldn’t imagine. It turned up that i could’ve actually afford a new vehicle immediately and i end up getting honda Honda Pilot on lease with amazing terms and conditions. This is a shout out to him and all the stuff there, so far car is amazing but what else i could’ve expected after that performance and service right from the door!? Bobby you are the best!
