my best vw dealership experience
by AnastasiaT on 12/19/2014This is my 4th VW lease and as much as I love the cars I can't stand dealing with the dealers. This was my smoothest most positive experience by far and I loved these guys and the dealer (Don Dolor). I tried to do everything via email and… Don was the only dealer that would answer my questions via email and who gave me a straightforward quote after taxes and fees. He also broke it down when I asked him to (everyone else was asking me to stop by or call.) During the time I thought about it, every other dealer bugged me with emails and calls but these guys were quiet. In person Don was very straightforward, never pressured me to decide, explained everything thoroughly, was very attentive and stayed true to the offer he gave me. I loved the whole experience and the car I got (2015 Tiguan S) is the most amazing.Great experience

He explained the entire process. Don is true to his words. Don is exceptional at what he does.Ask for Don!

Don puts you at ease right away and bends over backwards to help you… get the best deal. by zolazola on 10/12/2014Just moved back to LA from Miami. Don Dolor assisted me in the all paperwork process required for a Car Lease since when I was still in Florida. Once we met everything was already done, my information in order, my car options laid out and… even my pre-approval already obtained. It took a total of two meetings to drive away with my new car from Volkswagen DTLA. Every question, option, doubt, and even curiosity I had was promptly answered by Don, via email and text message. I am really impressed with the level of quality of Don performance and his vaste professional knowledge in the field, from the comparison between car models to the laying out all feasible leasing options, always with a clear attention to my personal needs and financials. He never tried, as many car dealers do, to push me towards a direction I was not completely comfortable with. He took time to double check all features with me and my wife and made sure we both love our new car, he even made sure our both phones are sync with the car Blue Tooth technology. I could not be more pleased with Don and the overall Volkswagen DTLA service. I would greatly recommend to any friend looking for a new car!!! This guy will hook you up with what you want and what you need. Comfortable and very approachable. Don't be shy… to ask about anything under the sun. Gave me discounts and almost anything I asked for. I already endorsed him to 2 other friends and both we're very happy. Even when I'm there for service, look for him and he still would give a good word for you even if it's not his department. My sister bought her car here a few years back and when I was in the market to buy a new car she told me"Go see Don D., he's the best!". I… originally called Don a couple years ago told him what I wanted, test drove the car then ended up not buying. I did this once again at the end of last year then finally came to see him just this month and walked out with a differnet car than I origianaly wanted. I had looked at 3 different cars!! I was not sure which car to choose but knew I loved VW cars. All along Don was very patient and talked with me many times about the cars and pricing and answered all my questions. I felt no pressure ever to have to buy a car right there and then like at other dealerships... every other car dealership I've ever gone to I always dreaded walking in - seeing all the salesmen eyeball you like hawk, not here at Volkswagen of Downtown L.A.! I was given first-rate service throughout the entire process from the time I looked online through… after my purchase. My salesperson, Don D. made sure I was very well taken care of. The car was not fully ready when I took it off the lot so I brought it back for the additional services on which Don and I had agreed. He set me up with a loaner car and met me with it at the exact time for which our appointment was scheduled. He is very well educated with all of the vehicles, easily answering every question that my… family and I had with ease and patience. Don provides you plenty of space to breath and time to think, making the entire experience very lax, as opposed to your stereotypical car dealer. He gave us the key to every car that we wanted to test out in the lot and was as accomodating with every succeeding vehicle as the previous. Talking about money with him is what makes me and family continually keep coming back to VW DTLA, especially to Don. He breaks down the numbers with you without any complications and ensures to always get you the lowest price. I leased a 2014 VW SE TSI w/ sunroof for 36 months and w/ $0 down, my monthly payments accounted to $330 with my first payment waived.
