"Mike" R. thanks for making us feel comfortable, thanks for the test drive, thanks for explaining all the gadgets, thanks for downloading… my wife's phone to the car's computer and thanks for finding it in the pearl coat brown from another dealer in two days! And George S., in finance, thanks for explaining everything in detail and getting us the right "perks" package so we may better care for our new 300. We have been blessed in just getting to know you all there at Central Valley Chrysler and we got the car too!! Simple buying process

Contacted many dealerships via their internet/web presence and asked them for their best initial price. Unlike a few of the other dealers, Central… Valley responded right away with an extremely fair initial offer. I had a few questions and they responded very quickly and with good answers. No game playing and unnecessary back and forth which I greatly appreciated. I was a serious buyer and they were as obviously interested as I was in doing a quick and fair deal. We live a couple of hours away and they made sure to have the paperwork and vehicle in order to take quick ownership upon our arrival. Very friendly and professional staff. Overall a good buying experience.Excellent car buying experience

Tried to get a Chrysler 200 for the wife in my town at the local dealership and… couldnt make the deal, wasnt the exact car and wouldnt do a search of the one we wanted plus they have a makeup and wouldnt come down on the price. The next morning I did a search online and found Central Valley Chrysler Jeep Dodge had the car we wanted and made me a great e-quote (under MSRP plus factory rebate) so we made an appointment. (they do not markup any of their inventory)The car was waiting right in front for us talked to the first sales person Raul P.and he was the one waiting for us. He showed us the car and we went for a test drive. We loved the car and made a great deal. Raul was very helpful and got us through the buying experience. I really loved he was with us the through whole deal. Not like other dealers that the sales guy turns you over to the closer they you dont see him until everything else is done or play the numbers game. He was the starter the finisher and one that delivered and taught us about the car. This dealer was so great Im in the process in buying another car from them this week and working with Raul. They are trying to do a dealer trade for the exact color I want Hope they can and hope to be driving my new Challenger tomorrow. Central Valley Chrysler Jeep Dodge gets 10 out of 10 Raul P. also gets a 10 out of 10Thank you very much for taking the time to write this five star review!
