    This was my second appointment at this location. I'm really glad I made the choice to buy a BMW. My service advisor- Matt Clark has been great to work with! He is very professional and courteous. He listened to me as I explained the electrical issue I was having with my X3 and repairs were done correctly that same day. Overall dealer experience has been very good and I will come back.

    Not Happy with service on our cars!! always have to keep on going back for the same problem its as if they don't even take care of the problem when you take it in. We have two 3 series not happy with service on them.

    The purchase and delivery experience of a Certified Preowned 328i was as good as it gets in spite of the construction turmoil. Everyone at BMW of Monrovia worked hard to ensure that the process was trouble free. When I am ready to purchase another BMW, BMW of Monrovia will be my first and most likely my last stop!

    I always get anxious when it's time to service my car, I hate being stranded. BMW of Monrovia gave me an estimated completion time that I was comfortable with, I was able to sit down and relax and my vehicle was finished ahead of time and I was able to move on with my day. I really appreciate the consistent great service that I receive there.

    Took in a 10 year old, but extremely low-mileage 2006 320i. All 4 door locks stopped working. The staff was extremely friendly, though understaffed, given the down pouring weather that day, and the facilities - they're remodeling. The car was fixed when they said it would, and here it is, a couple of weeks, later, and the repairs seemed to have resolved the problem. The only complaint, is that it was expensive. That really shouldn't be a surprise, but it was. The 4 door locks apparently were wired in series, so when the front door lock goes out, it takes out the rear one with it. In my case, both sides went out at the same time. The costs involved were mostly for labor. As a dealership, their shop rate is much more expensive than an independent. I usually take my car to an independent. However, electronic door locks often have to be done at the dealership, because they have to be "programmed". I can't complain about the staff, nor how I was treated. Absolutely top notch. The cost? Just something you have to accept when going to a dealer of a high-end product.

    I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new BMW 3-series at BMW of Monrovia. I had a clear idea of what car I was looking for, so as soon as it was available, it was a smooth, efficient process from walking in and taking care of the paperwork, to driving off with my new car. Everyone was friendly and answered my questions thoroughly, which was immensely helpful for me as a first-time buyer.

    Tim Cheng my service representative at Monrovia BMW is truly wonderful. He delivers the highest degree of integrity and is honest with me about what needs to be done with the car. I trust him and I truly believe he always has my best interest at heart, which is rare nowadays. Clone him and give him a promotion!!

    Purchasing a BMW at BMW of Monrovia was the most optimum sales experience I have ever encountered. Every single time I went to the dealer I was greeted with a smile. When it was hot I was offered bottled water as I walked around the dealership and looked and test drove vehicles. Joseph Mourad of BMW of Monrovia is a consummate professional. He guided me in my vehicle purchase which took me a while. (I'm Picky) This is my first my BMW purchased and thanks to Joseph and his team at BMW of Monrovia not my last.

    My water pump belt snapped, causing the radiator on my BMW 330i to overheat. I was given an estimate of $168 on Dec. 1 when AAA towed my vehicle to BMW of Monrovia, which quickly escalated to $660 to replace the belt and upper and lower radiator hoses (i.e., very expensive!) Maxcare extended warranty approved replacing a pulley for $317 that caused the problem. One week later- without a loan car or rental car being procured- I was charged $593.85- shouldn't this have been $343, according to their quotes? They delivered the car extremely dirty due to their ongoing construction activity.
