Hassle-free, fast, good service
by TRangel21 on 05/25/2016The experience was hassle-free. No hard sell and closing. Went off without a hitch. Most of it handled online and by email. Appreciated that. Just took about 30 minutes to go in, sign the paperwork and leave with the truck. Not an all day… event, which is why I don't go to dealerships that use outdated modes of selling and closing. South County Chrysler/Jeep lost a customer in me for that very reason, which is why I ended up at Ford Morgan Hill.The best ford dealer in the Bay Area

Great Ford dealership

Let hope I got the right truck to pull it, I will have to let you know how it going. Still trying to figure out how… much weight I can tow with it. I would have liked to hear more about how the value and the profit margins were set forth and would still like to know and hope someone can assist. However, I was not pleased with the… unannounced or placement of the extended warranty cost with the original sale paperwork provided. It was added into the purchase price prior to asking me directly. Although I did purchase an extended warranty at signing, the price at signing was less and included better coverage. This appeared to be a bit deceiving and in my opinion should or could have been better handled. Overall, I am very satisfied with the vehicle at this time but have only driven very few hundred miles. It had far more miles than I would have liked at the purchase and In fact, it was not my first choice prior to arrival however its immaculate condition and options won my wife and I over. We have received many compliments which brings us nothing but smiles. I hope to see this vehicle perform or outperform as expected in efforts to continue to support AMERICAN Products, Employment and this Country.
