I don’t normally give reviews, but this time I feel the need to give a review. I have been buying cars trucks and SUV’s from Jimmy Vasser Chevrolet for more than 10 years now and the one person I’ve come to rely on Is Lucas Wurz, he goes… out of his way to make sure I am satisfied and treated with respect. Lucas always get me the best deals on buying a new car and he give me great deals on my trade in’s. He also treats all customers like family, he is honest and trustworthy and he will go out of his way to make sure your buying experience is a great one. I have never had a dealership treat me as well as at Jimmy Vasser and the main reason, because of Lucas Wurz who is the General Manager of not only Jimmy Vasser Toyota but also Jimmy Vasser Chevrolet. You won’t find a better dealership than Jimmy Vasser and that’s all because of Lucas Wurz and his team of experts. If you’re looking for a New or Used car then look no further then Jimmy Vasser and ask for Lucas Wurz you won’t be disappointed whatsoever. Thank you Lucas for all of your help and for being the best General Manager ever!!!!!!!

by dannyc928 on 02/08/2019After weeks of unsatisfied customer service from other car dealers I walked into Vasser Toyota and met a friendly young man named Kyle O'Neal. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He had the right answers for my questions regarding the… vehicle I wanted. He helped me narrow down the options and trim level I wanted. He didn't try to oversell me on options I didn't need. Vasser had a good selection of vehicles. We went on a test drive in the vehicle that fit me. Afterwards we met with Jim the finance guy and he got me the a great finance rate and met my monthly budget. I was shocked. No fuss or haggling. I knew I would buy my next vehicle here. The paperwork went smoothly. By the time we finished the paperwork my new vehicle was washed and detailed. Vasser did a great job from start to finish. I highly recommend Vasser. I'm already considering buying a used car from Vasser for my daughter when she gets her license. Thank you Vasser for having good core values.Best Service

I had been in touch with John Calhoun at Jimmy Vasser in Napa. Though his help I was able to look at all options, and make a… decision that was best for me. John had to have patience because it took a couple of months and three visits before I selected a 2018 Camry Hybrid. I could not have been happier with the selection, It is fully loaded with the latest safety technology. and drives measurably better than my 2015. So my thanks goes out to John for getting me through the process, and all the people at Vasser, such as Martin Mendoza who also worked hard to make it happen.Great Service Department

And on top of that Rich saved me tons of money on new… floor mats for my truck, just by going out of his way to help me. Could not be happier with my visit today.Extremely Helpful and Above-And-Beyond Service

Then on top of that, Rich at the service center went above-and-beyond to help save me some extra money on floor mats for my truck and overall gave me a great experience at Jimmy Vasser. I have been taking my vehicles to Jimmy Vasser Toyota for many years now, and far and away the best service manager they have ever employed is Nick Carvalho. He is an… outstanding customer service representative, friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure a customer is taken care of. My current vehicles are out of warranty, but it is Nick that keeps me bringing them back for service at the dealership. Highly recommended.Outstanding Customer Service!

We met Kyle ONiel and immediately felt that he understood our needs and family dynamics...We have 3 kids, a 100 lbs dog, and… a occasional Grandmother along for the ride. It soon became apparent that a SUV, we drove 2 Highlanders, would not fit our family and with Kyles help saw the wisdom of the Sienna as the vehicle for us! He found a well appointed and slightly used Sienna on the lot that my wife liked and we bought it that day. We have trusted Jimmy Vasser with all are Toyota service and purchases and are glad that they found a young man like Kyle! He will be a fabulous addition to the great team of folks they already have! Believe me, I contacted, or was contacted by,… every other dealer as I initiated my search through the Toyota.com website. Ron was thorough and helpful. I highly recommend his services and will look to him in the future should I want to buy another Toyota. Victoria Young works with Ron. She was also excellent in her role of introducing me to some of my new car's tech features. She was pleasant, helpful, and - most importantly - patient. Ron and Victoria are a super team. Jimmy Vasser is lucky to have them.
