by Crissy on 07/20/2025I had a great experience at National City Auto Center purchasing my 2022 Audi Q5 S-Line. I personally visited five different dealerships, test driving and comparing options, and ended up coming back to this lot three times before making my… final decision. Out of all the places I went to, they had the best deal for the exact features I was looking for. Vicente was patient and helpful throughout the entire process. I do wish I had received a few more discounts, especially since this is my retirement car, but overall, I’m happy with the purchase. Jaime, the finance manager, was also great in guiding me through the paperwork. I'm satisfied with the experience and would recommend them to others.Gracias a Rudy y Daniel

We were greeted by Erick and he immediately helped get us over to their other lot where the… truck was. From the get-go Erick was professional and friendly. He is very personable and almost feels like a cousin you haven’t seen in a while. We drove the truck and fell in love. Erick got us through the whole process seamlessly. We were just looking around to get our daughter a birthday/graduation present 🎁 Rod greeted us and took us to see a few cars. He was so friendly and made us feel so welcome.
