    Purchased a Range Rover Evoque and love it. Nina was an awesome sales person. They took care of you and even checked up after the purchase was made to make sure everything was great and if I had any other questions.

    We purchased a 2012 Range Rover Sport Lux CPO in July 2015. Smooth process in purchasing the car. Only problem was we were assumed that the DMV registration fee was paid in full during the purchase of the car would carry us til July 2016. Not so, just received DMV renewal for Nov 2015 for another $359. Our DMV paid for the dealer not renewing the car from Nov 2014- til we bought the car. Not the Land Rover experience we were expecting. Same thing happen to my friend who purchased a Discovery for them about 5 years ago. Main thing was the finance person did not disclose the short registration time. All they said was DMV was going to send new plates. So we assumed that registration was starting from there. BEWARE!

    I have bought several high end vehicles over the past few years and I have never had the experience I had with Land Rover of Newport Beach. This entire sales team, Natasha in particular, was so helpful and caring and truly made me feel like they had my best interest at heart. It wasn't about convincing me to get into a vehicle that they wanted it was truly about making sure I was comfortable with the vehicle, payment and decision to buy. They walked me through every single step and detailed each option available to me not just 1 or 2 but literally thought outside the box to make it happen. I am so pleased that they don't have the typical "sales" mentality but truly a professional customer service attitude. Very very pleased with them and look forward to working with them well into the future.

    Vechicle is in great condition. Sales rep. was very nice and understanding. Once left lot the car suspension warning came on, but the dealership took pride and ownership with fixing it without hessitation. The only thing is that I have to pay for my second key if it doesn't get mail to them :-(

    Newport Range Rover has the best service at any dealership I've ever used. They are very courteous and professional.
