Super courteous and were able to answer all my questions, as well having amicable conversations and making the whole process feel… very comfortable. They sent a follow up message after the test drive, but didn’t hound or pester me, which I greatly appreciate after some interactions with other dealerships. When I went back to see if we could negotiate a deal, they were easy to work with, super fair, and made the whole thing go smoothly, and I got a price that I was looking for. A great team, I would recommend them all day.We're happy you found our staff to be so supportive during your experience here at Poway Honda. The other people who helped us in the… finance department were great as well. They presented us with our options, but never tried to hard sell us on anything. My wife and I both hate pushy sales, and we were relieved that the staff at Poway Honda never got pushy, and only seemed eager to help.
