by soglitz on 07/27/2020This was all a waste of my time. I made an appointment following the recall notice. I am a widower and live alone 25 miles from the dealership. I had to find neighbors who were free to pick me up. I was told that it would take all day… but no loaner car was available. When I returned home, I got a call telling me the faulty condenser was the problem but it would take a month to get a replacement and to come and pick up my car. They would call me when the replacement part arrived. My neighbor then had to drive me back over to get the car. I am now waiting for the replacementThank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that your experience was less than ideal. We hope you'll give us a second chance to make your next experience 5-star worthy.

Gary is simply the best person to buy a new Honda from. I am not just saying it; I have… purchased several Honda cars from Gary at Poway Honda and the most recent one was a 2020 Honda Accord last week. The team that work at the service department have been very helpful and friendly since I can remember. I highly recommend Al Rodriguez, he is… very friendly and knowledgeable service advisor, he will take good care of you. Always update you when your car is being service. Also, he can do a price match to a different Honda location just show him the quote or a coupon.Emerson, we're happy you found our staff to be so supportive during your experience here at Poway Honda.
