The Real Deal - excellent buying experience!
by corporatecars on 10/24/2016Wow an all around excellent buying experience! Skye, Kelly and their team at the Auto Locators are the real deal. After extensive research, I had finally decided on my next car, however little did I know that my next car was located at… the other end of the state and at the Auto Locators! In the end, the location didnt matter, it was all about the customer experience. From the first email and phone call with Kelly, emailed CarFax, a full history of the vehicle and discussion with Skye, to getting the detail custom look that I really wanted, to courtesy pick-up at the Ontario airport, to making sure that I was happy with every detail, the Auto Locators exceeded my expectations. Thank you! P.S. Id fly from anywhere to get a car from the Auto Locators! P.P.S. Oh, and I already talked with Skye about my next purchase, a fully customized off road. They also happen to be just 30 minutes from Palm Springs. Next time, I will make a vacation out of it!Best car buying experience ever!
by rachelfree on 06/12/2015I was a first time buyer! Best experience ever! I had been to a few lots before and the sales people were too pushy or giving me unrealistic expectations. The second I met Kelly I felt more relaxed. She knows exactly what she is doing and… was never too pushy! No jerking people around here! She helped me get a great loan on a 2008 Honda Civic! I love my new car! I loved signing the wall, it made me feel a part of their business forever! Next time I or one of my family member's are looking for a car I will send them here! They went above and beyond any other car delearship I have ever dealt with (and trust me I have dealt with… plenty). I plan to go back to them to buy my next car. I have already sent 2 other people there and they both bought cars from them too!Great service

I was totally amazed by how friendly and helpful they were. We told them what were looking for and they showed and offered us exactly… what we wanted. Will return when my girlfriend's turn comes up.
