Nick the best service rep
by Enrique felix on 03/30/2021Besides the fact if you're going to buy a car of course I will refer jay the best sales rep you can go to, I would like to indicate in this service department all the service reps look like great people and I know they do a great job but… the number one service rep that I go to is Nick, I make sure that I get the best value out of my service for my vehicle and Nick always delivers the best service required and overall for my vehicle I feel that if it wasn't for Nick and everything he does to make sure that I get the right service my vehicle wouldn't be in the great condition that it's in to stay at its best so I would just like to say thank you to the service department for everybody always looking great and doing great and most of all thank you Nick for being my service rep.NV200 trans service
by Richard Tuleja on 03/29/2021Service personnel were welcoming, Friendly and caring. The front receptionist to the main entrance of the dealership however gave the cold shoulder feeling. Almost as if anybody that talked to her was a nuisance.Service was fast. In and out.

No huff , no puff , & in a flash , we were out the door w/our new truck keys in our hands . And that's what I like… about this dealership , that has given me , in a 2 yrs span ( 2019 & 2021 ) the opportunity to own the truck without much huff & puff , & w/a less than perfect credit as well . How refreshing it's for me , 2 feasibly be able to upgrade my truck from a medium size to a larger one without much sweat , & more so w/ a monthly payment of only $ 50 dollars more than the original previous pymt . I was in extasy considering that my credit score was at a so so stage then . Thank you for taking a shot at me , & making me twice , the proud owner of this beautiful Titan 4x4 truck the second time around. Keep up the good work U all sales people out there , by trying to make all future buyers be the proud owner of any new trucks or cars just like me ! Twice , my good experience w/Riverside Nissan has been a divine one , & I would stronly recommend this place to anyone to go try , & give it a shot , even w/a less than perfect credit !! And as the good saying goes , " It doesn't hurt to try " . After all , all they could say or do to you , is denying the sales !!Best service ever!!

The sales manager Thomas Levin was very helpful, the sales representative Alejandro was extremely helpful and… knowledgeable about the vehicle and Mario the finance guy was very helpful. Those gentlemen make a great team and I am very pleased with their service. I was only in the dealership for a very short period of time, not like other dealerships that keep you there for hours on end. My sincerest thanks to you all.Nissan Riverside Best Place to Get a Ride

by Dash on 03/21/2021Last week 3/16/21 I went in for an scheduled appt for an oil change. 3 people at desk but they prefer to finish paperwork b4 helping a live customer. When the girl finally got to me she took my keys then dismissed me to the waiting area!… Hello! How about finishing a paying customer and not send them to waiting room! It was Jvst a car drop off and go! Why do I have to go to waiting area ?! After seeing 5 workers talking I decide to go back to service desk and finish my simple drop off. Cuz I’m not about to wait till she good and ready to call me. Anyways nobody can answer questions , and they keep saying let me speak to my manager , cuz u know , management is always on lunch here apparently. Good luck getting thru in a timely manner. Nobody should b sent to a waiting area unless yovr car is being worked on and u decided to wait in area . Even if u wanna drop off yovr car, be prepared to be sent off cuz it’s an inconvenience to them to finish a car drop off to the females workers especiallyEveryone was so much help wonderful service
