I went to Roseville Toyota as a result of The Car Pro Show. Syangel was very, very helpful in showing me the car I wanted, and went through all of the details with me. He was very professional throughout, and the made the process easier… than it might have otherwise been.

by GreenTundra on 09/24/2024Niko was first to contact me when I inquired about a truck I really really wanted, and he was with me through the whole process until I was driving off in it. I did overall spend about 12 hours at this dealership though, over a span of 2… days. Niko did his best to make a deal. I also worked with Esteban, who was friendly and straight forward, which I appreciate in a salesman. Howard was rude and had that “my shet don’t stink” attitude that I found absolutely unprofessional. He walked by me as he had his jacket over his shoulder and walked close enough so his jacket hit me in the face. Did he apologize? No. He just kept acting like I was less than he was. Would not recommend working with Howard. Michael Moyer in the internet dept kept me updated throughout the week in between visits to the dealership and I really appreciated that. We also spoke with the certified used car manager who was able to work with us and get us the deal we wanted for the truck and he was able to get us a great warranty with it, within our budget. Ed in finance was ignorant and neglectful to say the least. He told us he would come back in 15 minutes so we could sign paperwork, and we sat there for 3 hours. Niko must have felt bad for us being the last customers in the building at 10pm so he brought us Taco Bell, which quite literally saved our lives because we had been there since 430 and we were starving. When I went to ask Ed what the hold up was, he and his work buddies were on their phones laughing and talking and looked like they were all on a break instead of working. I asked why we were waiting so long and he then decided to tell me they were having trouble contacting the bank because they close at 6 and it’s now 10pm. I was very upset at this point, because they work with these banks every day and should know what time they close and communicate that to their customers. Days later, I am still wondering when they were planning on telling us they were unable to contact the bank in order to seal our deal. We walked out without the truck and let them know we did still want it, but we had a 3 hour drive home at 1030pm from Roseville AND we had work at 5am the next day. When I spoke with Niko he was very apologetic although this was not his fault that we stayed so late. I worked with Patrick over the phone and got everything squared away. Patrick was pleasant and answered all my questions, he was attentive and had great communication. In our situation we had the truck delivered to us, which is not a normal practice for this dealership, but it did make all the difference. Niko met us at our shop with the tundra, we signed all the paperwork, and he drove back with our trade in. I can’t thank Niko enough for his dedication and down to earth personality, he did everything he could to get us into the truck we wanted and I’m very thankful we had him as our salesman. This was not my favorite experience at a dealership and I think some of these employees have some work that needs to be done, but dealing with all of the bs got me into my dream truck. by John Doe on 08/19/2024Sleazy. I clearly stated goal and price range - The sales man (Sahill) pressed that I should spend much more, "think of your image". My car is not my image. After agreement on a vehicle I was presented an inflated price on a contract. I… was pressed for LoJack and SaveCat twice and finally had to stop them on the final contract on both issues. Do not deal with Sawan Shrestha, He was the final arbiter of terms and personally presented terms in conflict with agreed terms. Delays took us to 11:30PM. Too tired to stop - but I should have.Very Sneaky & Dishonest
by Nick West on 04/08/2024They will try to sneak options/ add-ons into your pricing. After asking for them to be removed 3 times we finally caught them again before finalizing paperwork. Just dishonest sales “sharks” that will do anything for a dollar. Don’t buy… from here.. especially not a used car.Joseph Pierce Lied to me and wasted my time
by Toyota95304 on 03/01/2024I bought a 2024 Tundra Platinum Hybrid 4x4 Long bed from Roseville Toyota on 2/28/24. The sales experience was horrible. It was the traditional sleazy salesman bait and switch tactics that have plagued the industries for decades. I… originally tried to do the new Toyota SmartPath and they do not respect the process at all, it's a joke. The salesman Joseph Pierce lied to me over the phone by telling me one price and then retracting it once I was there in person. We had an appointment, but he didn't show up and passed me off to someone else who had no idea why I was there and what as told to me. Joseph told me they will do $4600 off my Tundra and when I got there they denied it and tried to sell me a bunch of unnecessary crap that I had no interest in. I showed them the text messages where Joseph admitted it and said specifically, they would do $4600 off trucks that had been sitting for 21 days on the phone but he round about denied it. Then in the same conversation he threw in my face that I didn't have it in writing, so I was basically [non-permissible content removed] out of luck. The fact he admitted he said it, but I didn't have it in writing to prove it because they don't do that shows he has no integrity, and his word means nothing. The truck I bought was there for 28 days so it met his guidelines, but I still didn't get what he told me he would give me. The salesman caught in the middle, named Mohammad, was great and the closer JD was a nice guy and expressed his disappointment in these tactics and was visibly disgusted as I showed him the text messages. The finance manage Roman was also great. I would not recommend anyone ever deal with Joseph Pierce.EASY AS CAN BE

by Carol R on 11/03/2023It took a while to get the part for our 2019 Dodge Caravan. Elmer kept looking and called on Yuba City Dodge to finally get the proper part. I went in yesterday to have it installed. Elmer checked my service contract to find out the part… was considered trim, therefore not covered. So his technician figured out how to reinstall the existing part. All I had to cover was the labor. Meanwhile I waited in the snack bar that is inside Roseville Toyota. I always feel pampered while I wait.miserable experience
by BE on 11/03/2023Though the personnel tried to be courteous it was a miserable experience. I went in with my cash offer asking not to go through any of the back and forth negotiations. Either accept my offer or I can go elsewhere. It didn't work. They took… my license and registration so I couldn't leave unless I got it back Each time I asked I was told it would only be a few more minutes. I wanted the car and it took over 5 hrs. to finally get the papers signed and only after being pressed to purchase more warranties, glass ins., and ins. for the smog device costing thousands of $ - which I didn't purchase. I was promised a detail of the car again and a full tank of gas. Neither were done. I was so fed up I left with the car because if I pressed for the gas and wash I might be there for another couple of hours. I will not recommend them or deal with them again.2023 4Runner TRD Pro - Kasra Paryani is an awesome salesman

My Service Rep Kyle, was friendly, helpful and professional. He offered special offers on… future service but he did not pressure me and I appreciated that. by Stephen on 09/23/2023Honestly, miserable buying experience. Would not go back. Every stereotypical used car sales thing you can think of occured. Dealer lied about price over the phone. Dealer tried to force extras on me I did not request until I said I… would blow this deal up unless removed and then made it seem like they were doing me a favor by removing them. Wanted wife on title and she wasn't nearby so sales person offered to go get her signature, once I accepted which he obviously wasn't expecting he said oooh actually I can't do that. Dealer ran financing without clearing terms with me and through a different lender than I requested, but by that point in the interaction I was too worn down to do anything about it. Dealer did not the test hybrid battery as agreed upon. Despite clearly asking about return policy (because they did not test the hybrid battery) dealer misrepresented return policy and associated costs and it was only made clear by the finance lady at the very end of the deal. Took close to 6 hours to buy a used car, even made my friend who came to drive my other vehicle back home purchase his own cup of coffee which is beyond cheap for this kind of interaction. The car is nice, although now with a little more time in the car the detailing job was kind of shoddy as well. Crumbs and mess under the seats and in the storage areas still. Ultimately satisfied with the car but I will never set foot in this business again. 0/106 Toyotas later

Never been serviced any where else.Last time I had my oil changed (10,000 miles ago in 2022) the price was around $60 for synthetic oil. Went yesterday for oil change and price was $175.… Quite a jump so just like everyone else they have jumped on the Inflation wagon. Probably will not return to this dealership. Y the way it is under new managementOkay, but grimey
by Linda Benham on 03/30/2023Normally, my experience with Roseville Toyota has been great. This time, however, they left black marks on my right front seat cover. I didn’t notice it until I got home. I will try to get the marks out, but if I can’t, when I turn the… car in (it’s leased), I will definitely point it out to them and that it was their fault.
