Nicest Salesman EVER!!!!

I was interested in one the cars on there website and made an appointment with Cody for the following day. On the day of the appointment (Easter Sunday) he texted me for my eta. When I got to the dealer ship Cody had the car washed and… ready for me to inspect. After the test drive I went back to his office and we spoke for about 30-40 min about all the options that would work for me. I told him that I will go home and think about it. Cody was OK with and not once try and make me commit to the car that day. Cody was a super chill salesman with an old sole. Cody thank you for all your help.

by Linda on 09/16/2024We have had repetitive issues with a new Corsair we purchased in 2024 for the last seven months. The vehicle has been in and out of the service department. The car was not fixed or temporarily fixed (only for the issue to return the next… day) and or denied any mechanical issues existed. We were even told to take the vehicle to another Dealership (Lincoln) as they could not fix or identify/find any problems, but at this point, we did not trust any Lincoln Dealerships due to the consistent gaslighting, fabricating, and inability to repair the vehicle. Instead, we took our car to Capitol Ford/DGDG Group and the service was absolutely what one would expect. Professional, engaging, mechanical experts, honest, caring, and engaging. Our service writer Zejna Dubinovichas has restored our faith in the Ford Brand (Lincoln is owned by Ford). Thank you, Capitol Ford/DGDC Group, for hiring such an amazing individual who truly cares about the customer and promotes the Capitol Ford/DCDG Group in such a positive customer-focused environment.Car sold to us with old tires- one blew up!
by Casakerry on 07/03/2023We purchased a used Ford Focus at DGDG on 6/19/22, and exactly on 11/19/22, one of the tires blew up on the freeway while my daughter was driving the car. It was not a regular flat tire, the tire actually blew up and she almost lost… control. We had the vehicle towed back to DGDG where it turns out the tires on the vehicle were at least 4-5 years old when the car was sold to us. No representative at DGDG claimed any responsibility, gave no apologies, and was very dismissive. We were lucky enough that the service people were nice and gave us a discount on 4 new tires. I'll never go to DGDG again, that was super disappointing.Nicest Salesman EVER!!!!

by Ken on 04/10/2022Went in to check out an Escape Plug-in hybrid. It wasn't charged, so I couldn't test drive it in EV mode. I was told they would have it charged by 11:00 the next morning. I returned at 11 the next morning. It was not charged. The guy… who had previously promised to put it on the charger, and be there when I returned, was nowhere to be found. I walked, never to return again. The Escape Plug-in is a popular model, so I'm sure they just don't care that much. But I'd rather buy from a dealership that follows through. This place ain't it.Do not get service here
by ATS on 08/28/2021Read this review before getting service here. I took my vehicle here June 17. I got it back august 27th. Yes, 2 months and 10 days. My vehicle is certified pre owned from another Ford dealership. Yet I was charged $200 per assessment to… figure out 2 problems. Some how the A/C isn’t covered by the CPO warranty. So be very careful about that. After coming back a week later to check on my vehicle because they stopped answering texts, that they said was a preferred method of communication, I was given a loaner vehicle. So there’s a huge problem with communication between the service advisors and customer. After I spent $300 on a rental I was told they had a very small SUV for a free loaner. I was thankful but as a disabled veteran, it was difficult to get in and out of. No one cared to upgrade me although I mentioned several times to the service advisor that it was too small. Then i waited for weeks to get fuel samples and other tests run. I had to coordinate between my insurance company and them. A huge disappointment and likely the reason why payments were sent directly to me. About 1 week before my suv was ready, I get a text asking for payment. I had not heard from anyone in over a month. The service manager doesn’t answer emails either. The parts were reasonably priced but labor rates were insane. It was easy to pay and pick up my vehicle. They did not wash or vacuum it although I spent $3,000 on this service. Overall value - 1 star Wait time - 1 star Quality of work - 5 star Return value - 1 star Customer service - 1 starSmooth Buying Experience!
