Too bad one of staff took my car out for a joyride, left drivers seat douchbag driving position as well as my steering wheel setting. Totally unprofessional and troublesome. My Fiance was scared that once VW messed with the airbag that it might malfunction after the recall was fixed but we spoke… to the service guy Galang Mo and he reassured me that the car would be in good hands. I've been to other dealerships and I think a couple of service people there should actually be re-trained by Galang since he's really professional and updated me throughout the entire process. Thats one of the reasons I like VW and I'll keep buying VW in the future, your employee's customer service.Thank you for sharing your feedback! I love how Mo went above and beyond on his day off by coordinating with Sam to help me retrieve paper work from my glove box...Mo didn't have… to help, he's already working a lot as is and helping so much as is, yet I was really impressed for his extra care and support, even on his day off. Thank you, thank you. I also appreciate staff washing and vacuuming my GTI as well...not yanking my E-brake pass 3 clicks. Keeping my rear view mirror in same position, etc. Oh one more thing, really appreciate Mo taking care of all warranty work, even water pump and giving me a loaner car too at no cost, thank you, thank youThank you for writing this fantastic review and giving our dealership such an excellent star rating!
