    I bought my first BMW from Stevens Creek and would like to praise them for their courteous customer service. Our salesman Mundo was exceptional and assisted us to find the car that we wanted. He was very patient in answering any questions that we had. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to buy from Stevens Creek BMW and look for Mundo. In fact my husband was very happy with my car that he mentioned his next car will also be a BMW from Stevens Creek. Thank You for a hassle free experience and excellent customer service.

    When my car told me to bring it in I said, Woha a talking car. It did need a few things, tires, wipers, oil, changed oil, an oil change and its general service...And all was well. All joking aside Ken was my service rep and he told me what it needed and got it to me same day. Great service.

    I brought in my vehicle because of the flashing red light on the controls and the convertible not working. I told the woman who scheduled my appointment. I told my service coordinator. Over $400 later, red light not even checked. $200+ for diagnostics. $200+ to take out backseat (of 2 seater car...) only to find it needed a fuse. Some expensive fuse, Eh? Oh, I also said this in the beginning. So, now the convertible works but I have to come back for the blinking red light. Not happy. I should not have to pay again.

    they try to tell me that my battery was bad and i need it a new one so that they can run a test , not only my battery was good they couldn't run the test but still charge me for it or they wouldn't release my car

    This was my best car buying experience of all time. I will never go anywhere else again. Ask for Gordon Winans. Great guy! Me and my cousin bought two cars that day and Gordon really made it a very positive experience. We did not feel pressured nor that he was trying to rip us off like one would at other dealerships.He made you feel like he was on your side and really felt like he was there to help us. He told us he would 'try the best he can' and that more than exceeded our expectations or what any other dealership would do for us. If you can be treated well and get A+ customer service and no stress and a better deal than anywhere else why would you even go to any other dealership! You buy a BMW to make yourself feel good and BMW Stevens creek and everyone there makes even the process of buying one feel good.

    Exceptionally Genius guys. I am amazed by their superb customer service. A loud shout-out for Steve and Jia hao !! These guys went far beyond their responsibilities to make us feel extremely comfortable. Awesome experience than that of Mountain View showroom.

    Julie Passon was my service technician. She made me feel at ease, explained me the process. She also helped me with the loaner car and she gave me a call to let me know that my car was ready. She gave my car a free car wash and vacuum. It was a great experience working with Julie.

    Had an appointment. Came in o time. Got checked in in about 10 min after I arrived. Waited another 5 mins for my paperwork. Got explained what was going to happen to the car. Got my cost estimate and even got a time estimate when to pick up car. Got a ride to the office, got a call a few hours sooner then the designated pick up time to come get my car, got a call from my account manager who reviewed the bill, told me about a couple of things I have neglected in the past and told him I would setup follow up appointment. Came back a few hours later to pick up car. It was washed and cleaned also. What can I ask for for a simple oil change. Impressive.
