In less than 24 hours from first test driving the car it was in my driveway. by martinpagh on 09/09/2015I came to this dealer to buy a certified '12 XF, because their prices were very competitive compared to other dealers. Service with Nico was excellent, he was never obnoxious like car salesmen tend to be, didn't waste my time and was able… to give me very, very good financing through Jaguar financing. That being said, I had an unfortunate experience once I actually bought the car. Despite the 150-point certification (or whatever it is), I was hit with no less than 3 warning lights within a couple of days. And when I went through my warranty papers, I found the full financial information of the previous owner, including his DOB, address and SSN. The service department gave me an apology for the bad certification and fixed everything quickly, while putting me up in a loaner XF at the same time. And the dealer gave me an apology for leaving behind the papers for the previous owner and asked me to destroy them. So overall a good experience, and everything turned out well in the end, but there were some major bumps along the way.Great Job Selling me the Car

They offered me a fantastic price, via an email conversation, and on the day of purchase, lowered it even more.No other dealer came close to their price. Even the… contracts person was great. I've had horrible experience buying cars. This was the complete opposite. I just bought a 2014 XF and they matched the previous experience. They even matched the same discount we were previously given. Nesh and Vladmir, I cannot thank you enough. If you're look Jaguar, Hornburg is the place to buy. Talk to Vladmir or Nesh.Awful!! by trent78 on 09/19/2014"The WORST!! Don't even bother!!" Stopped by Hornburg on 9/1/14 around 11am to look at a new Range Rover Evoque. We walked around the lot for 10 minutes and no one bothered to help us. Went into the showroom and some guy was sitting… behind his desk (he was looking right at us) looking bored, tired and said nothing!! Not "Hi", not "Welcome to Hornburg"...zilch!! He just looked at us! So we proceeded to explore the only Evogue in a very cramped showroom, we probably spent a good 30 minutes in there and never once did anyone come up to us and ask us if we wanted help! I should have read the reviews first, because 90% of them are awful...well deserved!
