    This was the first maintenance appointment on my new 2015 X3. The service was completed within the promised timeframe, the car was washed, and a sales representative answered all our questions.

    BMW of Monterey has always been great. I just purchased my second vehicle from them. I love the service you receive in all areas from sales, parts and service. Sales guy Phil H. is exceptional. He will go out of his way to make parting with your dough, as painless as possible!

    From the phone call to arrange a service appointment,to the check in with Chris, and the loaner BMW,they make you feel special and important. My 2013 x-5 is my 5th BMW from Monterey BMW because of the reasons stated.

    Went to buy a 2006 X5 4.4i with all of the upgrades, full and extended warranty, low mileage. Car was $34995. Although the car had been washed on the outside, the inside was disgusting, dirty seats, extemely dirty carpets and mats,spilled coffee stains, worn seatbelt, broken interior light held in with duct tape, there was more but this is enough. They hadn't tried to clean it and even used the cost to clean it as an excuse during the negotiation [violative content deleted]? They suggested we drive away in the car today and make an appt to bring it back for full detailing. In today's market you would think they want to deal the cars off the lot, not everyone is buying luxury used or new cars but apparently life is very good at this dealer and they do not need to have bargains or give great deals, cash was no incentive either. Thankfully we did not buy the car.

    The attitude to price the preowned car right to sell was not there. I was ready to be a customer if the price was reduce a bit. They would rather not sell a car then negotiate. I did not like that.

    After sending out an email to multiple BMW dealers in the SF Bay area through edmunds.com, I ended up purchasing my new X3 from BMW of Monterey. My sales person, Terrie, was very open, honest and timely in her communications. The entire process felt very relaxed and easy...and I got the vehicle at the price that I thought was fair. I am very satisfied with my purchase!

    The sales people were extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. Unfortunately the 2014 X1 inventory was limited so I couldn't find one that fit my needs.
