Bought another new car today at BMW of Monterey, and once again, it was a very positive experience. Client Advisor John Polli is the best. He is extremely knowledgeable and honest, has superb communication skills, and genuinely cares and… respects customers. I've been going to him for many years, and have no reason to go anywhere else. Bravo BMW of Monterey!

by twozzie on 11/09/2008Went to buy a 2006 X5 4.4i with all of the upgrades, full and extended warranty, low mileage. Car was $34995. Although the car had been washed on the outside, the inside was disgusting, dirty seats, extemely dirty carpets and mats,spilled… coffee stains, worn seatbelt, broken interior light held in with duct tape, there was more but this is enough. They hadn't tried to clean it and even used the cost to clean it as an excuse during the negotiation [violative content deleted]? They suggested we drive away in the car today and make an appt to bring it back for full detailing. In today's market you would think they want to deal the cars off the lot, not everyone is buying luxury used or new cars but apparently life is very good at this dealer and they do not need to have bargains or give great deals, cash was no incentive either. Thankfully we did not buy the car.Sales of preowned cars
by jaythak on 12/27/2007The attitude to price the preowned car right to sell was not there. I was ready to be a customer if the price was reduce a bit. They would rather not sell a car then negotiate. I did not like that.Excellent internet sales experience!

My sales person, Terrie, was very open, honest and timely in her communications. The entire… process felt very relaxed and easy...and I got the vehicle at the price that I thought was fair. I am very satisfied with my purchase!Excellent sales staff
