    This is my second BMW purchase and just like my first experience, the second time around was just as pleasant. No hassle, no pressure, professional, and best of all, the sales and finance people weren't in a rush to get me to make a decision and buy just any BMW. They were very honest with me about my credit report and financial situation. They were excellent in assisting me with my needs, wants, and ability to afford. It took me about an hour to take a couple of test drives and about another hour to prepare and sign the paperwork, not to mention the pleasure of receiving a full tank of gas, washed and detailed car.

He was direct, honest, knew all of his products, listened carefully, got to know us...and got us the best deal available on exactly the car we wanted. My wife couldn't be happier with her new BMW!

    I purchased my new 2016 328i from Gary Kihs and Sheryl Fortuno. Both are outstanding. I received a fair price, super helpful service (test drive, doc completion, etc.) and the whole transaction was over in less than three hours. Would definitely recommend them.

    I had such an amazingly easy first time buying/lease experience with BMW Monterey. I have never owned a BMW before in part because I thought I could not afford it. Also I had a lease on a Honda Pilot and was over on my mileage so wasn't sure how I could make the switch. However a good friend recently was driving his BMW X5 on HWY 68 and had someone pull across the highway last minute right in front of him. He rolled his car 3 times, but he and his son walked away with just some cuts and bruises. Needless to say he will never buy anything but BMW from now on. So I was convinced it was worth my time to at least go see what they had to offer. I told Michael G., my salesman, that I wanted something smaller than my Pilot but sporty and with AWD. Of course we looked at the X1 and X3 but then he asked if I liked the sporty crossover style. Which I would consider, so he pulled out a 328iGT with AWD. I loved it but then came the question of ending my current lease and affording this beautiful car. Well, long story short, he made it simple. BMW bought out the lease on my Pilot even with it being 15,000 miles over my maximum mileage. And I was able to lease the BMW for approximately the same monthly payment I was already making on the pilot. I really couldn't believe it was so simple!!! Plus I have this really safe, beautiful, sporty, technically savvy car to drive myself and my daughter around the peninsula in. Thank you Michael and BMW Monterey!

    I'm pretty sure they did a great job, I feel my car in a good condition. It would off be 5 stars but the time I waited went from 2 hours (time frame quoted) up to 4 hrs and 20 min no reason given. Still thank you so much because I feel confident that my car is in a great hands great condition and they really take their time to check every single part of the car to make sure Me and my family are safe on the road.

    I had an appointment for an oil change and planned to wait for car.When I needed a few more things done,I was provided with a loaner car on the spot which i enjoyed driving. Of course another BMW.the dealer has over thirty BMW"s for loaner service!

    Well nobody wants to take their car in for service, especially to a dealer but after leaving BMW of Monterey, my perspective has changed. Not only was my car serviced quickly and beyond what was required, waiting was actually fun. Their retail shop has tons of goodies for BMW and ///M enthusiasts from clothes to bags to performance parts. The staff is willing to talk and offer advice and options for both new and used vehicles. I am actually looking forward to my next car service so I have a good excuse to check things out again. Go to them, you will not regret it.

    In this day and age of social media and the internet, not to mention your dealership license being contingent on not baiting and switching customers, I've had pretty good luck with dealerships being honest. Especially when they know someone is making a serious time investment driving down from over an hour away. I wish I could say the same was true of BMW of Monterey. I corresponded with Charles J_____ over the email and over the phone - I sent him a very specific email with the pricing I wanted, on a leftover 2014 BMW. He called me back and we agreed on a price and a time to pick up the car. When I arrived at the dealership, Charles was apparently out sick and the price was $2000 higher than we'd agreed to. It was my own fault for driving over an hour without getting a commitment for pricing in writing, but I was still extremely disappointed - I'd passed on a similar deal that was $500 higher than our agreed on pricing in order to take this car in Monterey. I even called Charles on his mobile phone and he gave some excuses about the miscommunication. I ended up not buying the car and making a 150 mile round trip for nothing except frustration and disappointment. I buy a lot of cars each year and I'm very familiar with the process. My advice for dealing with this dealership is to confirm pricing in writing prior to visiting the dealership or you could be in for a serious waste of time. There are many dealerships that make it easy to deal with them by being honest, straightforward and clear with negotiations and will honor the prices once you reach them. To their credit, the sales manager offered to fill up my car with gas, after making the trip down, but that'd only cover half the expense of doing so. (since I still had to drive home). Deal with a place that does it better.
