    We've been looking for a 2020 Rav4 Hybrid for quite some time now and Stan Wolowski delivered! We called Stan as soon as we saw the car available on the site and he quickly gave us a reasonable price on it, secured the car for us, and we simply had to drop by to finish the paperwork and pick it up. Stan was extremely considerate of our time and made sure to arrange his other appointments in such a way that we weren't left waiting for him at any stage of the process. He took the time to patiently explain all the newfangled features of the car to me (my car is over 12 years old, so even pressing a button to start the car is new to me!). Go to Stan - he's great!!

    Just purchased a car from Bobby at Sunnyvale Toyota. He kept asking me to come in but I wanted to work with him over the phone and email to come to a price that I was happy with. Once settled, I went in at a scheduled time and completed the paperwork. He had offered to have the car ready for me at that time but I chose to take a look at it first before they sent it to detail. Spencer the rest of the afternoon with my family then came back around dinner time to pick up the car. No bait and switch. Smooth transaction. Easy to work with.

    I came here to buy my first car. I had an idea of what I wanted and after test driving and looking around, had a couple options in mind. Thankfully my salesman, Dino, made it clear how the numbers, features, and overall car experience would be for each. There was no pressure in making a decision that day and when I was ready to purchase, him and Finance Manager, Kevin, worked with me to make the process smooth and clear as possible. I felt their service was truly exceptional in that they were careful and sincere in finding out what I wanted and could afford as a car buyer and never did I feel like I was being sold more than I needed. I feel confident in my purchase of the Corolla Hatchback xse and as rare as it was to find, Dino and Kevin remained patient and worked after hours to bring this car to me. Thanks Toyota Sunnyvale

    I worked with Bobby Scott and I'm very happy right now wrt pricing, customer service, and the car itself! Bobby was extremely professional, very prompt and courteous in answering all the questions, and the sales process was extremely transparent and honest -- and it was very quick too. No hidden fees or anything like that. They quoted me a very competitive price on Camry and when I showed up to the dealer, what was quoted was what I paid. I did visit other dealerships too during my search, and Bobby was one of the nicest dealers I dealt with. Anyways, I can highly highly recommend Bobby if you're looking for a new Toyota vehicle to buy.

    I was very pleased with the experience purchasing my Acura at Toyota of Santa Cruz. Vinod is an excellent sales consultant who really takes the time to understand your needs with the utmost professionalism. He was very knowledgeable regarding the vehicle as well as the financial details. He helped me get a great deal on a warranty as well. Overall, I highly recommend Vinod and Toyota of Santa Cruz in general for your vehicle purchase needs.

    Pathetic service. Zero transparency. Don't ever go to this dealer. Purchase Experience: I bought my car around 6 months ago. I was shown 2 good cars (camry) out of which i liked 1 and decided to buy the same. The price of the car was around 15k, they sold warranty and other accessories worth $400. The accessory is completely useless. They just were trying to sell their offers to me and grab more and more money from me. I wont give 3-star rating for this experience as at least they did tell me that they are selling me these things. Service Experience: But my biggest problem is with their service. I wanted to cancel the warranty that I had purchased. So i went to the dealer and he said i will put a cancellation request but i cannot tell how much you will get back. Only warranty company can tell the return amount. Then I called warranty company and they said only dealer can tell this. I called dealer back and then he is just trying to avoid by telling will contact you back in some time. The dealer was not ready to give me the copy of cancellation form as well. He gave the copy when I insisted on having it. I am not sure what they hiding. But there is clearly lack of transparency here. And off course not to mention, once you have paid the money, you are no more to them. They will NOT treat you as custmer.

This service just gets more and more pathetic. After 2 months I did not receive the warranty return so I called them. And after 2 months they told me that it did not go through just because they did not have my loan account number. This just gets worse and worse. First of all, since they only provided the loan they should have the loan account number. Assuming they dont have it because of privacy reasons, can't they just call to tell they dont have the account number? Also now they are asking me to drop by in their office because they want my signature on some paper. Well. why was that not done at the first place itself??

    I just bought a 2019 Highlander Hybrid from Toyota Sunnyvale last week. The team (Ahmad, Jorge, Roy and Kevin) was fantastic. They found me the exact car I wanted at a great price. They recommended options and were not pushy when I declined some. Overall great experience.

    The folks at Sunnyvale Toyota were fantastic. I had bought a truck from them and it was a great experience. But the best part was when I got it home and realized that even with 4 doors, this truck was too small for a car seat and would only get worse as my daughter grew. So I called them and they worked with me to exchange the truck for a 4Runner without any hassle or fee. They really did want me to be a satisfied customer, which I absolutely am! I'd definitely recommend Sunnyvale Toyota!

    Martin and Charles are nice. They help my wife and me addressing every concern, especially for the 1st time car buyer. Definitely recommend them to my friends who would like to purchase new vehicle. Roy walks me through the financing process; actually helps me to get good deal of low APR. He is nice too. Jessica comes last to hand over me the car. It is wonderful to look at the new one. The team is awesome.

    I contacted several dealerships to purchase an eco-friendly vehicle, including Toyota, Chevy, Honda and Nissan. What I could say is that I assume myself lucky to be talking to Mr Amir Kandil from Toyota Sunnyvale where I truly felt he is at customer side. He provided me a really good offer for the Mirai that I ended up leasing from them. Besides, I went there with my wife and our 15 month-old kid. He was super friendly, took us to a separate room and provided a bag full of toys for our kid so he could be playing while we were going through the lease process. He understood the tightness of our budget and talked to his manager to get some extra incentives for us. He explained everything thoroughly and made the whole process smooth. Highly recommended.

    I had an idea of what I wanted but I feared the process. I have received several quotes and calls from different Toyota franchises; but Mo's call was special. He let me direct the conversation on the phone and in our messages; that motivated me to drive from 50 miles away passed several dealerships on my way to Sunnyvale. oh yeah, I was not disappointed; Mo was not just a sales representative trying to make a deal, but he was a professional, very direct and transparent; and at no time did I feel coerced through the process. With the supervision of their Finance Director, Bart, who brought all the numbers and options to the table, what a wonderful man he was with a very good sense of humor, we concluded a deal from which I came out happy with an experience that I recommend to anyone who wants a deal hassle free and memorable. No doubt, I challenge anyone to meet Mo and Bart at Toyota Sunnyvale and come back to say otherwise.

    Impressed by the service! I bought a used car here and they even delivered the car to my home (I had to drive the rental). Also they are very knowledgeable (I have been to a few dealerships and asked detailed questions but none could match Toyota Sunnyvale) and seem to have high quality cars on their lot. I bought my car from Alan, I can really recommend him.
