    We were impressed by the efficiency of the service, and taking less time than quoted. Also, compared to our former Honda dealership, much more up to date and everything for the customer was A-1. Noticed when we got home, there was no sticker in the window regarding the oil change expire.

    • There have been times that I also have not had an updated sticker for oil changes. My service Adviser, Tim Joyce, is always on top of the issue and is quickly able to get me the sticker. I do understand that the newer cars do not require the sticker, but with so many older Honda's still on the road, I feel the Service Manager should devise some reward system for getting those stickers updated and replaced on our vehicles.     We love DCH Honda of Temecula. We always receive excellent service. I appreciate how quickly we get a response to our questions. We have bought 3 vehicles from you and drive from Corona to have anything service related done to our vehicles.     We are on our 5th Honda and all five (still own 3) have been serviced by DCH Honda. Tim Joyce has been our advisor for most of the cars and we really appreciate the professional service he provides. He is always very accurate in his quotes(no surprises), maintains constant communication while our car is in his possession and always completes the service in the timeframe promised! Tim and the service team are the best!!

    I had a bad experience in the sales department at this dealership and vowed I wouldn't buy a car from them or give them any business. The purchase we made was at Hoehn in Carlsbad. Getting service in Carlsbad is a hassle so I decided to give DCH service a try. This is my 3rd experience. First was an oil change, then tires...now brakes. The oil change....they were longer than promised, plus no car wash and I had an appointment so I was frustrated. When I bought the tires (I usually do Sears) I was pleasantly surprised when after 3 bids, DCH was the best price for the job (crazy, right). I had to drive to Montana that weekend so I was happy with the quick and thorough service. This time, I called, got in on Saturday morning (calling Friday). CJ did a great job...honored my coupon and the car was ready as promised. Who knew....these guys are changing my attitude about DCH. Thank you for caring about the customer...it's becoming rare these days.

    If I could give 10 stars... I would! Been buying cars for many years and this dealership has taken out all the stops and made me a forever customer. This is my second new car purchase from this dealership in two years and there will be many more in the future. The service department is also one of the best I've used in the many years of having cars serviced.

    Great service.The customer service was excellent.From making my appointment to getting a ride from Honda to pick up my vehicle to leaving with fast service. I called in because my Honda had a recall and in less then a week they had the part. I will definitely have high ratings for DC Honda Temecula

    I usually never write reviews but, I had such a great experieced! At first I was a little intimidated. As soon as we walked in ( me and my 4 year old son) they made us feel welcomed :) I dont remember if the gentleman's name that helped us was Tony or Anythony in the service dept anyway he was very friendly and made me feel welcomed and not emberrased to use my coupons:) Also the gentlemen that sits behind the glass window came out and greeted us and made sure we where being helped and offered my son a coloring book and crayons:) We waited in the lobby for about an hour but it didnt feel that long since my son was two busy coloring and watching cartoons in the kid area and I was also entertained reading a magazine. I would definately be coming back to this location and hope to continue to have a pleasant experience

    We have leased two cars from Mike (and 5 from DCH overall) and it has been a very good experience. Mike went out of his way to help us get the cars we wanted and the deal we could handle. DCH has been very good to us as well as to our children who have bought cars from them also.

    I called and got an appointment same day. They were prompt in servicing the CRV Honda for an oil change and checked tire pressure. I appreciated the recommendations for service on the 100,000 mile timeframe. They were very professional and courteous.

    I would recommend DCH for your major services as well as simple items like oil changes, etc. The shuttle service is a nice benefit.

    We currently own two Honda's, numbers three and four, three were purchased from this dealership. We have been getting our Honda's fixed here, and prior at Norm Reeves Honda for over 30 years. They are friendly and efficient, pointing out things that need to be fixed now and those that can be put off for a while.

    I have been bringing my 2005 Honda Element to DCH Honda since it was new. The service has always been great. No up selling and no pushing for "recommended" service. My truck runs like a top. We now reside in Arizona but I still bring in my Element to DCH for service. Tim Triplett was my service writer this trip. He's a great person. BTW 5 stars all the way. D. Williams

    Thanks DCH for another great service. My Accord is 11 years old and runs great. You are the only place that it has been serviced. I live in Oceanside- it is worth the drive. This is my third Honda.

    I recently took my 14 Civic to DCH Honda Temecula for it's first oil change two weeks ago. Even though I had an 8am appt, it took over an hour for this service. I had also asked to have tires rotated and they quoted me a price of $20. I declined. I then took my Civic to America's Tires and they rotated my my tires for free! I didn't even buy anything from them. I think it would have been a nice gesture for DCH to have offered to rotate my tires while they changed my oil as a nice customer service gesture as I did buy the car from them. Oh well,I will be taking my car to a different Honda dealer in the future that might be more customer service orientated.
