by sraby on 06/26/2014We began and concluded our search for our 2014 Malibu LT by purchasing it at Paradise Chevrolet. This is the third vehicle that we have purchased from Paradise Chevrolet in the past fourteen years and each experience has been increasingly… more satisfying. Why change a good thing? Upon our arrival that evening, we were greeted by our sales professional, Becky Y., whom we have dealt with in our past purchasing experiences. She continues to be personable and committed to ensuring that all of my criteria were met without compromise; providing answers to my specific nagging questions throughout day. One particular requirement that I had was that both front seats fully reclined, so I can take my power naps at lunch. Becky assured me that they did, and went so far as testing them personally and reporting the results back to me in a timely manner. We began with a test drive of the car that we had selected; which was poised in front of the showroom upon our arrival, clean and ready for delivery. From there the completing and signing of the paperwork was seamless, hassle free and uneventful. After the first day of driving the 120 mile round trip from home to work and back, I was extremely happy with the selections that we made; from Paradise Chevrolet, to Becky and ultimately the car. Kudo's to the finance manager George as well, even our insurance agent was impressed with his follow-through and special thanks to everyone behind the scenes!!!Paradise is an understatement

Great Time Buying Our GMC Yukon!
by nickb2 on 06/22/2014We were looking for a larger vehicle for our growing family when we decided to drive by Paradise Chevrolet/Cadillac in Temecula. We saw a car we were interested in and while looking in the window we were greeted by one of their salesmen,… Marlon. He was very informative about the vehicle and not your typical pushy salesman. We were very interested in the vehicle once we test drove it and decided to purchase it if all the numbers were right. The dealership worked with us on the price of the SUV and the trade in value of the car we were getting rid of. Overall, our experience was great! The entire process was very smooth and didn't take all day like they usually do. The dealership was very upfront with everything concerning the vehicle... we even get FREE lifetime oil changes and car washes! Marlon was great to work with and made the entire process easy. If we ever need another vehicle we will definitely be going to Paradise Chevrolet/Cadillac in Temecula! Larry is a top notch salesman with outstanding professionalism and product knowledge. I never once… felt any sales pressure from Larry and he was helpful from beginning to end. I actually bought one used and one new vehicle on the same day and Larry was able to help me with both vehicles. by malibusun on 01/25/2009After looking for a car for several months and having my trusted Chevrolet dealer play games with me, a friend recommended Paradise Chevrolet and Cadillac. I met a very good looking salesman, Jim Stewart who helped me decide on a new… Malibu. I thought I wanted a used CTS, but I really wanted 8 years of available warranty. He helped me understand the car, the steps of the sale, explaining what was next, never pressuring me and explaining the pros and cons. This was very important to me as I am older and alone. He put me in good hands by having Stacy in Finance explain that important stuff and helped me get the extended warranty that would best suit my needs and even beat my pre approved financing by nearly 1%. Having listened to me, he reunited me to my old service advisor that had taken care of me at the last dealer he worked at. My new 2008 Malibu is an amazing car. I cannot believe how refined this car is. Amazingly quiet and solid. I am so happy with my new car. Paradise is way out of my way. I recommend them to everyone I meet. I look forward to a long relationship and appreciate the easy, quick and fun car buying experience I enjoyed.Horrible Experience at Paradise
by dwallander on 07/01/2008I arrived at Paradise at 9:20am, Tuesday morning. I explained to the service guy that I had bought an '08 Suburban the previous Friday from a different dealership. After arriving home that night I noticed that one tire was low on air. I… filled it manually twice over the next three days. On Monday I took it to a tire shop to have the hole repaired. I was told that it was in the sidewall and could not be repaired. I called Connell Chevrolet to let them know what had happened. They told me to take it to my local Chevy dealership and have it repaired- they would take care of it. I told this to the service guy. He told me it would take about 1.5 hrs if they had it in stock and who knows how long if they did not. He also offered a shuttle ride home. I asked him to let me know how long it would be and then I would make a decision on the shuttle. In the meantime, I waited in the lobby with my four children and one friend. My 11 year old son had picked up an ad from home that had a scratch off for a new car from Paradise. When he asked the receptionist about it, she acted very put out. Upon scratching the boxes he found that he had 3 cherries. She told him to get his mom. When I came in, she called a salesman over. After giving me a hard time about "coming in to try and win a car" he walked away for a little while. He came back and informed me that 3 cherries meant we won a coffee mug, but they were all out. He turned around and threw the postcard in the trash. After about an hour, I asked someone in service what was going on with my car. They said someone would let me know. After two hours, I was informed that they were finally checking to see if they had the tire in stock. After 2.5 hours I was brought in to the Service Manager's office to be told that the tire was not covered under warranty; but that they contacted Goodyear and were able to get them to knock $90.00 off the $250.00 tire. I explained to them that that was great for Chevrolet, but did absolutely nothing for me considering Connell already agreed to take care of it. So, I spent 2 hours and 45 minutes having one tire replaced. During that time I was treated very rudely and was offered nothing but a week apology. This is why I (and everyone I know) will always drive out of my way to buy a Chevy in order to avoid this incompetant and rude dealership.Pradise Chevrolet/Cadillac Temecula Ca
by syb on 08/26/2007I have been very pleased with the service that Jessie and his staff have provided to me regarding the service on my 2004 Malibu lt with over 95,000 miles...While going thru the famous front end rattles, pop and thud issues, they remained… dilligent to the issue and finally at 68.000 plus miles the 3rd repair done at no cost to me,the problem was resolved and has not returned...Miracles Aka Becky Y.

Outstanding service dept. at Paradise Chevrolet/Cadillac

I was informed that there was some body damage at delivery and I could reject the car if I so desired. I elected to keep the car with the provision that Paradise… do the repair work. I drove the car home and during this time some warranty issues occurred [new car blues]. Paradise handled all of the work, and even got Chevy engineering involved. I am very pleased with the way the whole transaction was handled and I thank Paradise and Chevy for taking care of the problems.Our team would like to sincerely thank you for placing your trust in us to assist with the automotive work needed for your Corvette Stingray. I had done a very long search online and found several vehicles that would suit my needs, so I knew what price… range I was (probably) looking at, and the average mileage, etc. for used vehicles. When I went into Paradise Chevrolet, I was approached by Larry B., and he was great! He was very friendly, personable and helpful. He began taking me around the lot when we were approached by Ely G. He was also very friendly, personable and helpful. He told us about a vehicle that sounded like exactly what I was looking for. Larry and I took it for a test drive, and I was happy with it. Although, it was not quite ready for purchase when I was there, I purchased it. Larry made sure that it was made ready for me as quickly as possible. The people in the recon dept. did a fantastic job making the vehicle look as good as it could! I will definitely return in the future to purchase another vehicle. Pre-owned Sales staff tuned for the task, ie CJ

I met a couple of the sale personnel and then stuck with CJ. Everyone i asked questions to gave… precise and clear information to streamline the process. CJ lead me straight to the car the matched what i needed/wanted. I looked at the vehicle , took a seat in it, and asked my list of questions about it. The car seemed to be the fit for my needs. At that point i wanted to think a little longer about it, and asked CJ more questions. He lead me around to any other vehicles on the pre-owened lot so that i could be sure there was not another "better fit" vehicle on the lot. I have to thank CJ for listening to me and not pushing a different agenda than what i needed. From walking on the lot to driving off in a "New for me Pre-owned car" CJ's timing, professionalism, and listening skills, provided me with an experience made in heaven. Christian is a very honest person at no point in the conversation did we feel uneasy in the negoteations everything was very upfront and to the point.
