Great sales process, not happy with the service team

Although I bought a 2021 CPO vehicle, the maintenance team originally wanted to charge me -$1400 for repairs at the 5000 mile service. I had a warranty program and an extended warranty… agreement. This covered much of what was need, although I had to ask the maintenance department to review my agreements for coverage. In the end, I was charged for a new battery, with labor included. I had to press for this. It seems so unlikely that the battery would have failed in the first 5 months after purchase, given the amount I drive. And, if it did fail I am concerned about the quality of the CPO process that this wasn’t caught and fixed before purchase. I wasn’t very happy with my experience. I hope that I won’t regret having purchased a service agreement from Lexus of TO. I am now very leery of dealing with the maintenance team.Diane, thank you for sharing your experience with us. She literally puts herself in her customer's situation to help resolve whatever the issue. This dealership's service dept. has great… management and techs. I always receive excellent customer service regardless of why I am bring in my Lexus.Thank you for the wonderful feedback, Jack! Great sales team, great info and not “pushy”

We ultimately leased the vehicle we were interested in and got a great deal. Jeremiah in finance, great… also. I finally found the one!

I then said that I needed to discuss with my husband. I texted him back to let him know that I… was going to buy the car. He made sure that the car was earmarked for me. He made it all painless and pleasant. The finance office was quite pleasant and efficient as well. He talked to me like he was doing me a favor and was disrespectful, please stay away from him, thank me latter.
