  • Lack of communication

    We received one contact from service, we had to reach out every other time. The sunroof is defective and they said it will be 10K. It’s a known problem. I’m so disappointed that I picked the Edge.

  • Great Service Advisor

    I brought my company F-150 Lightening in for routine maintenance, had to get tires installed along with a cabin filter. Upon retrieving my vehicle and starting my drive home, I noticed a loud ticking noise as the vehicle would pick up speed. I immediately turned around, located my Service Advisor (Jesus/Jesse) and took him for a spin so that he could hear what I had detected. He immediately had me pull in front of the garage and got his guys on it. He then test drove the vehicle himself and found another ticking noise (both turned out to be improperly placed wheel balance weights). He thoroughly apologized and thanked me for my patience. Jesse is the epitome of what we expect from a Service Advisor! THANKS JESUS/JESSE!!! :)

    My experience with Auto Nation began with a call to their Sales department about a Ford Maverick I saw on their site. Muhammad got me the information I needed quickly and secured the vehicle. I went into the dealer with the intention to purchase, but also a some hesitancy - I've never liked car dealerships. Muhammad made this experience pleasant and he has a trustworthy demeanor. Great salesman and I'll do business with him again.

  • Very fast

    I inquired at night and still got a call from a sales rep to answer any questions about the vehicle I was interested in. She told me she will work on getting me a deal the following morning. She did just that. Within 2 hours I was approved for the car I inquired about and test driving it. About two hours later I was driving it home. Very quick service there. I met a ton of great people who cared about my experience. They checked in on me frequently. My car had some minor damages but they told me to bring it back to be fixed. I was told updates about my car frequently and when it would be ready. They fixed it and it’s beautiful. They even fixed the other minors that I didn’t point out to them. Above and beyond. I’m very satisfied and thankful that I inquired that night.

  • Annual Service - 2017 Corvette C7 Grand Sport

    First service under extended warranty from AutoNation Ford, Torrance, CA. Very pleased with Service Representative Thomas Noone who had the C7 serviced within 2 hours! Fast service. Thank You Tom! Only disappointment is that GM Specifies Mobil 1 SAE 5W-30 Synthetic Oil that meets Dexos 1 specification (Dexos 1 is a "GM thing" and is said to be a superior oil to regular Synthetics). Motorcraft Synthetic Oil does not have Dexos 1 approval. Therefore, I brought 10qts of the aforementioned Mobil 1 and had them install that (my dime, $63). This noted, I don't blame AutoNation Ford. I blew it!!! I should not have purchased or allowed myself to be "encouraged" by the Finance Department to purchase a 4yr Service Warranty from them. Ford is not set-up to service a C7 Corvette with the right fluids, parts, etc. I am concerned about this over the next 3.5 years. Clearly I would have been better served purchasing the service warranty from GM / Chevrolet dealership. I assumed the warranty would be honored by GM. Apparently not. An expensive lesson.

    I have owned many fords and my only disappointment was fords service centers. Recently, I moved to the Palos Verdes area and took my truck in for service at the Ford Torrance/ Auto nation center. I have been pleasantly surprised with the level of customer service provided by the team. Ask for service tech Randy Ramos when you arrive, he is excellent to work with, great communication and knowledgable.

    Our 2006 Hybrid Escape sounded an alarm and displayed a command to pull over safely. The engine shut down two seconds later. The engine would not crank until 15 minutes had past. After getting a service appointment, we dropped the car off. After eight days of testing, it was determined the hybrid battery system was overheating from a clogged pollen filter and insufficient refrigerant in the air conditioning loop that helps cool the hybrid battery. Both items were corrected for a cost effective price.

    It was a great experience. It was easy scheduling the service appt with Tom. He is professional, friendly and competent. I called after my car was ready because I had forgotten to tell him one wiper wasn’t working and within a few minutes my car had a new wiper, just like that. Awesome!!!
