My service rep, TOM, always does a great job at taking care of my concerns. He’s always gives me… service options, communicates quickly, and is descriptive to discrepancies. Buyer Beware of this Dealer!!!
by Bill Dalton on 12/27/2022BUYER BEWARE! If you are considering buying a used vehicle from this dealer you should read this. I bought a top of the line used F-150 Limited on April 14, 2022. I patiently waited for the title and registration to arrive while driving on… the temp tag. Nearing the expiration of the 90 day temp tag I let the dealer know if I did not have a valid tag when the temp expired I would be bringing the truck back for a full refund. They sent a sales person up to put a dealer tag on the truck. I contacted AAA and was told the dealer needed to submit paperwork to the DMV that there was an issue with the odometer reading being different from the official records. A few more months went by and still no title or new tag registration. After not getting response for a while I contacted consumer attorneys who specialize in these types of issues with dealers. After reviewing my case they reached out and got no response so they ended up filing suit against the dealer. That was about three months ago. The dealer has yet to make it right. I had to buy another vehicle and cannot sell or get a tag in my name for the truck as I dont have the title. I am paying the high interest finance loan to keep my credit good and am not driving the truck at all. I hope this helps someone not fall into the trap and get into a contract that requires a lawsuit to fix.No Pressure

I worked with Jennifer H. who did an outstanding job of communicating with me prior to my visit. I couldn't have been happier with everyone that I dealt… with at the dealership from Jennifer to the sales manager to finance. Great incentives, trade in value for my 2016 Edge Sport and you can't beat the 0% financing. I love my new 2022 Ford Edge ST and I recommend Auto Nation Ford in Torrance, CAHi Paul, we set high expectations for ourselves so it’s gratifying to hear you had a great experience with us. Happy with my new Edge

"I came into the dealership with the expressed desire to buy a midsize car. I needed a car larger than the Ford Escape but smaller than… the Ford Explorer. I wanted a base model car. Salesperson Mosi (Seyed Mohsen Seyedi) at Autonation Ford Torrance gave me exactly what I was looking for. He directed me to the Ford Edge. Autonation had several base models on the lot and he gave me the opportunity to test drive the black Edge, which I liked. Mosi talked to his boss (Peter Sosa) and an offer was made to sell the black Edge for $3000 under the MSRP!!. CFS Manager Martin Romero went over the financial portion of the sale and offered me 0.0% financing over 72 months!! Needless to say, I bought the car. Dream truck
